أكد مدرب فريق الاتفاق الأول لكرة القدم سعد الشهري أن اللقاءات التي تٌلعب بعد توقف أيام «الفيفا» تكون صعبة. جاء ذلك في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقده قبل لقاء فريقه أمام ضيفه الأهلي غداً (الجمعة)، ضمن لقاءات الجولة الثانية لدوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين.
وقال الشهري: «رغم أن المباراة صعبة إلا أننا في الاتفاق سنقدم أنفسنا بشكل ممتاز خلال المواجهة، لدينا بعض المراكز في طور الاكتمال، لكن بشكل عام الاتفاق جاهز لتقديم مباراة تليق باسم النادي وتاريخه الكبير». وأضاف: «لا بد أن نكون في كامل تركيزنا، وأن يكون أعلى مما كان عليه في مباراة الخلود الماضية، علينا أن نبذل جهداً أكبر في الملعب، ونتحمل المسؤولية داخله، لأنها الفاصل في كرة القدم».
وعبر الشهري عن رضاه تجاه استقطابات الاتفاق واختيارات اللاعبين في فترة الانتقالات الصيفية، وأكد أن الأهلي لديه نقاط ضعف وقوة حاله كحال فرق دوري روشن، وأنه سيعمل على استغلال نقاط الضعف. واختتم الشهري قائلاً: «كل مباراة في الدوري أصعب من التي قبلها، لكننا نثق في قدراتنا وإمكاناتنا، ولاعبو الاتفاق لديهم حس بالمسؤولية، وعاقدون العزم على تقديم كل ما لديهم».

The coach of the Al-Ettifaq first football team, Saad Al-Shahrani, confirmed that matches played after the FIFA break are challenging. This came during the press conference he held before his team's match against their guest Al-Ahli tomorrow (Friday), as part of the second round of the Roshen Saudi Professional League.
