أعلن نادي باريس سان جيرمان أن مدربه الإسباني لويس إنريكي سيغيب عن مباراة الفريق القادمة في الدوري الفرنسي أمام لانس، المقررة في 14 سبتمبر، بسبب مواصلته التعافي من جراحة في الترقوة.
إنريكي كان قد تعرض لحادثة خلال فترة التوقف الدولي بعد سقوطه من دراجته الهوائية، ما استدعى نقله إلى المستشفى على وجه السرعة وإجراء عملية جراحية ناجحة.
وبحسب التقارير الطبية، يحتاج المدرب إلى نحو أسبوع إضافي قبل استكمال تعافيه بشكل كامل، ما يعني أنه سيعود إلى مقاعد البدلاء في مواجهة أتالانتا ضمن دوري أبطال أوروبا يوم 17 سبتمبر. وسيتولى مساعده رافائيل بول إدارة الفريق مؤقتاً.
ويأتي غياب المدرب إنريكي عن مواجهة لانس في الدوري لتستكمل سلسلة الإصابات التي ضربت باريس سان جيرمان خلال فترة التوقف الدولي، إذ تعرض نجم الفريق عثمان ديمبيلي لإصابة في الفخذ ستغيبه لمدة 6 أسابيع، وتعرض النجم الشاب ديزري دوي لإصابة في الساق ستغيبه نحو 4 أسابيع.

Paris Saint-Germain announced that their Spanish coach Luis Enrique will miss the team's upcoming match in the French league against Lens, scheduled for September 14, due to his continued recovery from collarbone surgery.
Enrique had an accident during the international break after falling off his bicycle, which necessitated his urgent transfer to the hospital and a successful surgical operation. According to medical reports, the coach needs about an additional week before fully completing his recovery, which means he will return to the bench for the match against Atalanta in the Champions League on September 17. His assistant Rafael Paul will temporarily manage the team.
Enrique's absence from the match against Lens in the league continues the series of injuries that have hit Paris Saint-Germain during the international break, as the team's star Ousmane Dembélé suffered a thigh injury that will keep him out for 6 weeks, and young star Désiré Doué sustained a leg injury that will sideline him for about 4 weeks.
