حقق الاتحاد إنجازاً غائباً منذ 14 عاماً، بعد فوزه على الأخدود بخمسة أهداف مقابل هدفين، أمس (السبت)، ضمن منافسات الجولة الأولى من دوري روشن.
جاءت خماسية الاتحاد عن طريق كريم بنزيما («هاتريك» د:4، 51، 60)، وستيفن بيرغوين (د:7)، إضافة إلى هدف سجله سعيد الربيعي بالخطأ في مرمى فريقه (د:30)، بينما سجل هدفي الأخدود خوان بيدروزا (د:27، 57).
ووفقاً لشبكة «أوبتا»، فقد سجل الاتحاد أكبر عدد من الأهداف في مباراة افتتاحية بدوري المحترفين (5 أهداف)، متساوياً مع فوزه على الرائد في عام 2008 (5-1)، والتعاون في 2011 (5-3).
كما سجّل كريم بنزيما الثلاثية الثالثة له في دوري المحترفين مع الاتحاد، ليصبح ثاني أكثر لاعب يسجل «هاتريك» في الدوري منذ انضمامه، خلف كريستيانو رونالدو، قائد النصر، الذي يملك أربع ثلاثيات.
إلى جانب اقترابه من عرش رونالدو، أصبح النجم الفرنسي اللاعب الأكثر تسجيلاً لـ«الهاتريك» مع الاتحاد في المسابقة بالتساوي مع مختار فلاتة.
The Union achieved a feat that had been absent for 14 years, after defeating Al-Akhidood with a score of five goals to two, yesterday (Saturday), in the first round of the Roshen League.
The Union's five goals came from Karim Benzema (a "hat-trick" at minutes 4, 51, and 60), and Steven Bergwijn (minute 7), in addition to a goal scored by Said Al-Rubaie by mistake into his own net (minute 30), while Al-Akhidood's two goals were scored by Juan Pedroza (minutes 27 and 57).
According to the "Opta" network, the Union scored the highest number of goals in an opening match of the Professional League (5 goals), tying with their victory over Al-Raed in 2008 (5-1) and Al-Taawun in 2011 (5-3).
Karim Benzema also recorded his third hat-trick in the Professional League with the Union, making him the second player to score the most "hat-tricks" in the league since his joining, behind Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al-Nassr, who has four hat-tricks.
In addition to closing in on Ronaldo's throne, the French star became the player with the most "hat-tricks" with the Union in the competition, tied with Mukhtar Fallatah.
