أعلنت وزارة الرياضة، بالتعاون مع المركز الوطني للتخصيص، اليوم الأربعاء 20 أغسطس 2025م، بدء مرحلة إبداء الرغبة وطلب التأهيل للاستحواذ على ناديي النجمة والأخدود، استكمالاً لخطوات العمل المتواصلة، ضمن مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية الرياضية، الذي يهدف إلى تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص للاستثمار في القطاع الرياضي، بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الوطنية لرؤية السعودية 2030.
ويأتي ذلك امتداداً لما تم إعلانه في شهر يوليو الماضي بفتح المجال لاستقبال طلبات إبداء الرغبة من الجهات الاستثمارية التي ترغب في الاستحواذ على أي من الأندية الرياضية السعودية.
ودعت وزارة الرياضة والمركز الوطني للتخصيص المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين كافة، الراغبين في التقديم، لزيارة الموقع الإلكتروني للمركز الوطني للتخصيص على الرابط: www.ncp.gov.sa للاطلاع على مزيد من المعلومات عن طلب التأهيل، علماً أن آخر موعد لتقديم وثيقة المؤهلات هو يوم الأربعاء 17 سبتمبر 2025م، عند الساعة 6:00 مساءً بتوقيت السعودية.
وتجسّد هذه الخطوات حرص وزارة الرياضة على تحقيق أهداف مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية الرياضية، بما يسهم في تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص في صناعة الرياضة، وتطوير الأندية الرياضية، من خلال تحسين الاستدامة المالية والإدارية، الأمر الذي ينعكس بشكل مباشر على تنمية وازدهار الرياضة السعودية.

The Ministry of Sports, in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization, announced today, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the start of the expression of interest phase and the qualification request for the acquisition of the Al-Najma and Al-Akhdood clubs, continuing the ongoing work steps within the investment and privatization project for sports clubs, which aims to enhance the participation of the private sector in investing in the sports sector, in line with the national objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
This comes as an extension of what was announced last July regarding the opening of the field to receive expressions of interest from investment entities wishing to acquire any of the Saudi sports clubs.
The Ministry of Sports and the National Center for Privatization invited all local and international investors interested in applying to visit the National Center for Privatization's website at the link: www.ncp.gov.sa to find more information about the qualification request, noting that the deadline for submitting the qualification documents is Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM Saudi time.
These steps reflect the Ministry of Sports' commitment to achieving the objectives of the investment and privatization project for sports clubs, contributing to enhancing the participation of the private sector in the sports industry, and developing sports clubs by improving financial and administrative sustainability, which directly impacts the growth and prosperity of Saudi sports.
