تأهل فريقا بالميراس البرازيلي وإنتر ميامي الأمريكي لدور الـ16 في بطولة كأس العالم للأندية لكرة القدم، المقامة حاليًا في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
وتعادل الفريقان (2 - 2) في الجولة الثالثة (الأخيرة) بالمجموعة الأولى من مرحلة المجموعات للمسابقة العالمية.
وبادر إنتر ميامي بالتسجيل عن طريق تاديو ألليندي في الدقيقة (16)، قبل أن يضيف الأوروجواياني المخضرم لويس سواريز الهدف الثاني في الدقيقة (65) وانتفض بالميراس في الشوط الثاني، الذي شهد تسجيله هدفين بواسطة باولينيو وماوريسيو باردو في الدقيقتين (80) و(88) ليحصل كل فريق على نقطة وحيدة.
وبتلك النتيجة، تصدر بالميراس ترتيب المجموعة برصيد (5) نقاط، بفارق هدف وحيد على أقرب ملاحقيه إنتر ميامي، ليتأهل الفريقان سويًا لمرحلة خروج المغلوب.

The Brazilian team Palmeiras and the American team Inter Miami qualified for the Round of 16 in the FIFA Club World Cup, currently taking place in the United States.
The two teams drew (2 - 2) in the third (and final) round of the group stage in the global tournament.
Inter Miami opened the scoring through Taddeo Allende in the (16th) minute, before the experienced Uruguayan Luis Suárez added the second goal in the (65th) minute. Palmeiras rallied in the second half, scoring two goals through Paulinho and Mauricio Pardo in the (80th) and (88th) minutes, allowing both teams to earn a single point.
With this result, Palmeiras topped the group standings with (5) points, just one goal ahead of their closest rivals, Inter Miami, allowing both teams to advance together to the knockout stage.
