يستعد فريق الهلال ليخوض فجر يوم الجمعة القادم مباراة ربما ستكون الأغلى في تاريخ النادي عندما يواجه باتشوكا المكسيكي في الجولة الأخيرة من دور المجموعات في كأس العالم للأندية 2025، ويهدف الزعيم إلى تحقيق الفوز في المباراة لضمان التأهل إلى دور الـ 16 من مسابقة الأندية الأكبر عالمياً، وذلك بعد التعادل في الجولة الأولى أمام ريال مدريد بنتيجة (1-1) ومن ثم التعادل سلبياً أمام سالزبورج في الجولة الثانية.
وبعيداً عن أهمية تأهل الهلال من الناحية الرياضية إلى الأدوار المتقدمة في كأس العالم للأندية، نرى أن الفريق سيحقق أرباحاً مالية قياسية نظير هذا التأهل.
وكان الهلال قد ضمن الحصول على مبلغ مالي قدره 9.5 مليون دولار نظير المشاركة في كأس العالم للأندية، إضافة إلى حصوله على مبلغ مليون دولار نظير التعادل أمام ريال مدريد في المباراة الافتتاحية، إضافة إلى مليون دولار آخر نظير التعادل سلبياً أمام سالزبورج، ما يعني أنه قد ضمن فعلياً مبلغ (11.5 مليون دولار).
وسيحصل الهلال على مليوني دولار في حال الفوز على باتشوكا المكسيكي، إضافة إلى مبلغ (7.5 مليون دولار) مكافأة التأهل لدور الـ 16 من المسابقة، ليصبح إجمالي المبلغ (21 مليون دولار) أي نحو 79 مليون ريال، لتكون بذلك أغلى مباراة في تاريخ نادي الهلال من ناحية الجائزة المالية المنتظرة.
