أكد النادي الأهلي استمرار مجلس إدارة شركة النادي في أداء مهامه ومسؤولياته، موضحاً أن الإجراءات المتعلقة بنقل ملكية أسهم المؤسسات غير الربحية إلى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة لا يترتب عليها أي تغيير في تشكيل مجلس إدارة الشركة أو استمرارية أعماله.
وأوضح الأهلي، في بيان إعلامي أصدره اليوم (الأربعاء)، تعليقاً على إعلان وزارة الرياضة بشأن البدء في نقل ملكية أسهم المؤسسات غير الربحية إلى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، أن الإجراءات المعلنة تتعلق بالمؤسسة غير الربحية ومجلس إدارتها.
وأشار النادي إلى أن مجلس إدارة شركة الأهلي سيواصل ممارسة مسؤولياته وفق الأطر التنظيمية والحوكمة المعتمدة، في ظل تمديد فترة المجلس الحالي لمدة 90 يوماً اعتباراً من 17 يوليو 2026، بما يضمن استمرارية أعمال المجلس وانتظام سير أعمال النادي وخططه وبرامجه خلال هذه المرحلة.
وشدد الأهلي على التزامه بمواصلة العمل وفق مستهدفاته وخططه المعتمدة، بما يحافظ على استقرار منظومة العمل ويعزز مسيرة النادي وتطلعاته خلال المرحلة القادمة.
ويأتي توضيح الأهلي بعد إعلان وزارة الرياضة، اليوم (الأربعاء) 19 أغسطس، البدء في إجراءات نقل ملكية أسهم المؤسسات غير الربحية، في خطوة ضمن الإجراءات التنظيمية المرتبطة بأندية الشركات.
The Al Ahly Club confirmed the continuation of the Board of Directors of the Club Company in performing its duties and responsibilities, clarifying that the procedures related to transferring the ownership of shares of non-profit institutions to the Public Investment Fund do not entail any changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors or the continuity of its operations.
Al Ahly explained, in a media statement issued today (Wednesday), commenting on the announcement by the Ministry of Sports regarding the start of the transfer of ownership of shares of non-profit institutions to the Public Investment Fund, that the announced procedures pertain to the non-profit institution and its Board of Directors.
The club indicated that the Board of Directors of Al Ahly Company will continue to exercise its responsibilities according to the approved regulatory frameworks and governance, in light of the extension of the current board's term for 90 days starting from July 17, 2026, ensuring the continuity of the board's work and the regularity of the club's operations, plans, and programs during this phase.
Al Ahly emphasized its commitment to continue working according to its approved objectives and plans, which preserves the stability of the work system and enhances the club's journey and aspirations during the upcoming phase.
This clarification from Al Ahly comes after the announcement by the Ministry of Sports, today (Wednesday) August 19, to begin the procedures for transferring the ownership of shares of non-profit institutions, as part of the regulatory measures related to corporate clubs.
