أصدرت شركة نادي الهلال بياناً رسمياً أكدت فيه تمديد عمل مجلس الإدارة الحالي برئاسة الأمير نواف بن سعد لمدة 90 يوماً تبدأ من 17 يوليو 2026.
وجاء القرار عقب إعلان وزارة الرياضة البدء في المرحلة الثانية من مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص، بنقل ملكية 25% من أسهم المؤسسات غير الربحية لأندية الهلال والنصر والاتحاد والأهلي إلى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وحلّ مجالس إداراتها.
وأوضحت الشركة أن المجلس سيواصل مهامه الإستراتيجية والإشرافية وتعاقدات النادي كالمعتاد خلال فترة التمديد.
ويختلف نموذج ملكية الهلال عن باقي الأندية، إذ تبلغ حصة شركة المملكة القابضة 70% مقابل 30% لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، بينما يملك الصندوق 100% من النصر والاتحاد والأهلي.
ومن المقرر الإعلان عن تشكيل مجلس الإدارة الجديد خلال الأشهر الثلاثة القادمة.
The Al Hilal Club issued an official statement confirming the extension of the current board of directors, headed by Prince Nawaf bin Saad, for a period of 90 days starting from July 17, 2026.
The decision came after the Ministry of Sports announced the start of the second phase of the investment and privatization project, transferring ownership of 25% of the shares of non-profit institutions for Al Hilal, Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli clubs to the Public Investment Fund and dissolving their boards of directors.
The company clarified that the board will continue its strategic and supervisory tasks and the club's contracts as usual during the extension period.
The ownership model of Al Hilal differs from that of other clubs, as Kingdom Holding Company holds a 70% stake compared to 30% for the Public Investment Fund, while the fund owns 100% of Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli.
The announcement of the new board of directors is scheduled to take place within the next three months.
