كشف رئيس نادي الخلود الأمريكي «بين هامبورغ» أنه تلقى الكثير من الشكاوى والاستفسارات حول تحديد مواعيد السفارة الأمريكية للراغبين في حضور مباريات كأس العالم التي تستضيفها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا والمكسيك، خلال الفترة من 11 يونيو حتى 19 يوليو، جاء ذلك بمنشور له في موقعه الرسمي عبر منصة التواصل الاجتماعي «x» قال فيها: «وصلتني شكاوى كثيرة من السعوديين الراغبين بالحضور لكأس العالم القادم في الولايات المتحدة ولكن لا توجد أي مواعيد متوفرة لحضور مقابلة السفارة». وأضاف: «الجمهور السعودي استضافني بكل حفاوة في السعودية، لذلك سألت بعض الأصدقاء بالسفارة عن حلول لهذه الإشكالية فأجابوني بالتالي.. أي سعودي اشترى تذاكر لكأس العالم كل ما عليه فعله التقديم على تأشيرة B1/B2 ثم طلب موعد طارئ عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للسفارة وبذلك بإمكانه حضور كأس العالم».

This was stated in a post on his official website via the social media platform "x," where he said: "I have received many complaints from Saudis wishing to attend the upcoming World Cup in the United States, but there are no available appointments for embassy interviews." He added: "The Saudi audience welcomed me warmly in Saudi Arabia, so I asked some friends at the embassy for solutions to this issue, and they responded as follows: Any Saudi who has purchased tickets for the World Cup just needs to apply for a B1/B2 visa and then request an emergency appointment through the embassy's website, and thus he will be able to attend the World Cup."
