أصدرت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم قراراً يقضي بإيقاف رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي ضمك خالد سعيد الشهراني، وذلك على خلفية ما بدر منه تجاه مسؤولي مباراة فريقه أمام الأهلي، وفقاً لما ورد في تقرير حكم اللقاء.
وأوضحت اللجنة أن القرار جاء بعد ثبوت مخالفة رئيس نادي ضمك للمادة (49-2-1) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق، والمتعلقة بالإساءة تجاه مسؤولي المباراة، حيث استندت اللجنة في قرارها إلى ما تضمنه التقرير الرسمي لحكم مباراة ضمك والأهلي.
وقضت اللجنة بإيقاف خالد سعيد الشهراني لمدة مباراتين في جميع المباريات الرسمية التي يحق له المشاركة فيها ضمن مسابقات الفريق الأول لنادي ضمك، إلى جانب إلزامه بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 20 ألف ريال تُسدد لحساب الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم.
كما أكدت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق أن القرار الصادر غير قابل للاستئناف، وذلك استناداً إلى المادة (144) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق المعتمدة لدى الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation issued a decision to suspend the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Damac Club, Khalid Saeed Al-Muharami, due to his actions towards the officials of the match between his team and Al-Ahli, according to what was stated in the referee's report.
The committee clarified that the decision came after it was proven that the Chairman of Damac Club violated Article (49-2-1) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, which pertains to misconduct towards match officials. The committee based its decision on the contents of the official report from the referee of the Damac and Al-Ahli match.
The committee decided to suspend Khalid Saeed Al-Muharami for two matches in all official matches in which he is eligible to participate within the first team competitions of Damac Club, in addition to imposing a financial penalty of 20,000 riyals to be paid to the account of the Saudi Football Federation.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee also confirmed that the issued decision is not subject to appeal, based on Article (144) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations approved by the Saudi Football Federation.
