أعلن نادي الاتحاد التوقيع الرسمي مع المدافع الكاميروني ستيفان كيلر (24 عاما) لاعب فريق أيل ليماسول القبرصي الأول لكرة القدم، حتى نهاية الموسم الكروي بنظام الإعارة.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة لتدعيم صفوف الاتحاد بعد رحيل الثنائي الفرنسي كريم بنزيما ونغولو كانتي في فترة الانتقالات الشتوية.
وتعاقد الاتحاد مع المهاجم المغربي يوسف النصيري قادما من فناربخشة في صفقة انتقل بموجبها كانتي إلى الفريق التركي، فيما انضم الهداف الفرنسي كريم بنزيما لفريق الهلال.
وسبق للمدافع الكاميروني تمثيل المنتخب الكاميروني لأقل من 23 عاما واللعب لصفوف ألافيس الإسباني، قبل انتقاله إلى إنتر زابريتش الكرواتي، ومن ثم أيل ليماسول قبل التوقيع مع الاتحاد.
ويحل الاتحاد الذي جمع 34 نقطة يحتل بها المركز السادس في جدول الترتيب، ضيفا على النصر ثالث الترتيب اليوم، في لقاء مرتقب بالدوري.
The Ittihad Club announced the official signing of Cameroonian defender Stéphane Keller (24 years old), a player from AEL Limassol, on loan until the end of the football season.
This move comes to strengthen Ittihad's squad following the departure of the French duo Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kanté during the winter transfer window.
Ittihad has also signed Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri from Fenerbahçe in a deal that saw Kanté move to the Turkish team, while French top scorer Karim Benzema joined Al Hilal.
Previously, the Cameroonian defender represented the Cameroon U23 national team and played for Deportivo Alavés in Spain, before moving to Inter Zaprešić in Croatia, and then to AEL Limassol before signing with Ittihad.
Ittihad, which has collected 34 points and occupies sixth place in the standings, will face Al Nassr, currently in third place, today in an anticipated league match.
