أعلنت اللجنة العامة لانتخابات الأندية الرياضية اليوم الثلاثاء، فتح باب الترشّح لرئاسة وعضوية مجالس إدارات المؤسسات غير الربحية لأندية (الاتحاد، الأهلي، النصر، الهلال)، بدءاً من الأحد القادم.
وفي هذا السياق، تود اللجنة التنويه إلى أن التنظيمات الجديدة التي تحكم علاقة المؤسسة غير الربحية وشركة النادي، لا تشترط أن يكون أحد مُرشَّحَيْ المؤسسة رئيساً لمجلس إدارة شركة النادي، إلا في حال استيفائه الاشتراطات الخاصة برئاسة المجلس، التي تضعها الجمعية العامة لشركة النادي، المكونة من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة والمؤسسة غير الربحية.
وفي حال عدم استيفاء تلك الاشتراطات، تقوم الجمعية العامة للشركة باختيار الرئيس من بين الأعضاء السبعة الذين يتم ترشيحهم لمجلس إدارة شركة النادي.
وتأتي هذه التنظيمات بهدف تعزيز العلاقة بين الجهات المالكة للأندية، وتنظيم العمل الإداري، وتطوير الحوكمة داخل منظومة الأندية، ما يسهم في استقرارها وتنميتها وتحقيق مستهدفاتها.

The General Committee for Sports Club Elections announced today, Tuesday, the opening of nominations for the presidency and membership of the boards of directors of non-profit institutions for the clubs (Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Nasr, Al-Hilal), starting from next Sunday.
In this context, the committee would like to note that the new regulations governing the relationship between the non-profit institution and the club company do not require that one of the candidates from the institution be the president of the board of directors of the club company, unless they meet the specific requirements for the presidency of the board set by the general assembly of the club company, which consists of the Public Investment Fund and the non-profit institution.
If those requirements are not met, the general assembly of the company will choose the president from among the seven members nominated for the board of directors of the club company.
These regulations aim to enhance the relationship between the entities owning the clubs, organize administrative work, and develop governance within the club system, contributing to their stability, growth, and achievement of their objectives.
