قرر الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (يويفا) تجميد العقوبة المفروضة على هانز فليك، مدرب برشلونة، ليصبح متاحاً لقيادة فريقه أمام نيوكاسل في افتتاح مرحلة الدوري بمسابقة دوري أبطال أوروبا.
انتهاك قواعد السلوك الرياضي
وكان فليك، إلى جانب مساعده ماركوس سورغ، قد تعرضا للإيقاف مباراة واحدة بسبب «انتهاك قواعد السلوك الرياضي»، وذلك خلال خروج برشلونة من نصف نهائي البطولة أمام إنتر ميلان في الموسم الماضي.
وجمّد «يويفا» العقوبة لمدة عام واحد كفترة اختبار للمدرب ومساعده، مع تأكيد الغرامة المالية البالغة 20 ألف يورو على كل منهما.
ويستهل برشلونة مشواره في دوري أبطال أوروبا بمواجهة نيوكاسل يونايتد خارج ملعبه، الخميس القادم.
The European Football Association (UEFA) has decided to suspend the penalty imposed on Hans Flick, the coach of Barcelona, making him available to lead his team against Newcastle in the opening stage of the league in the UEFA Champions League.
Violation of Sports Conduct Rules
Flick, along with his assistant Markus Sorg, was suspended for one match due to "violation of sports conduct rules," during Barcelona's exit from the semi-finals of the tournament against Inter Milan last season.
UEFA has suspended the penalty for one year as a probation period for the coach and his assistant, while confirming the financial fine of 20,000 euros for each of them.
Barcelona will begin their journey in the UEFA Champions League with an away match against Newcastle United next Thursday.
