The President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, pledged to move forward with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the "Yemen Dawn" operation to end the "terrorist threat" posed by the Houthi militia and to restore Yemeni state institutions "no matter the sacrifices required."
Al-Alimi stated in a post on the "X" platform today (Sunday) that the security of Saudi Arabia and Yemen, as well as the interests of their peoples, are interconnected. He emphasized that any attack on the Kingdom is an attack on Yemen's security, interests, and the future of its generations.
The President of the Leadership Council reiterated his country's solidarity with the Kingdom in light of this cowardly Houthi terrorist attack, which reflects the terrorist nature governing the behavior of the militias and their disregard for the lives of civilians and the interests of the Yemeni people.

He praised the fraternal positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its ongoing support for the Yemeni economy, and its efforts to alleviate humanitarian suffering, including the recent support for the state's general budget and the announced facilities to rectify the status of Yemeni residents on its territory.

The Shura Council emphasized in a statement today that this attack constitutes a complete war crime, calling on the international community to take a firm stance regarding these actions that have caused casualties and endangered the lives of civilians.
The Council expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Saudi leadership and the families of the victims, asking God to grant the deceased His vast mercy and to bestow a speedy recovery on the injured.
