أدانت جمهورية قبرص بشكل قاطع هجمات مليشيا الحوثي ضد المملكة والحكومة اليمنية الشرعية، وعدّت استهداف أعيان مدنية واقتصادية في أبها، وخميس مشيط، وجازان، ونجران وما نتج عنه من إصابات أمرًا غير مقبول.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية القبرصية: «تعرب قبرص عن تضامنها الكامل مع الدول المتضررة وشعوبها، وتشدد على أهمية احترام حرية الملاحة والقانون الدولي، وفقًا لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار».
The Republic of Cyprus strongly condemned the Houthi militia's attacks against the Kingdom and the legitimate Yemeni government, considering the targeting of civilian and economic sites in Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran, and the resulting injuries as unacceptable.
The Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: "Cyprus expresses its full solidarity with the affected countries and their peoples, and emphasizes the importance of respecting freedom of navigation and international law, in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea."
