على وقع الدعم العسكري البريطاني لكييف واستمرار الهجمات الأوكرانية على أهداف اقتصادية داخل روسيا، اتهم الكرملين، اليوم (الإثنين)، بريطانيا بالمشاركة في الحرب إلى جانب أوكرانيا.
وتعليقاً على زيارة بريطانية رفيعة المستوى بقيادة رئيس الوزراء آندي برنهام إلى كييف، في زيارته الخارجية الأولى منذ توليه المنصب، والدعم العسكري الذي تقدمه لندن، اعتبرت الرئاسة الروسية أن «بريطانيا تشارك في الحرب إلى جانب أوكرانيا»، وفق ما نقلته وكالة «رويترز».
وتعد بريطانيا من أبرز الداعمين العسكريين لأوكرانيا منذ اندلاع الحرب، إذ قدمت مساعدات عسكرية وتدريباً للقوات الأوكرانية، بينما تتهم موسكو الدول الغربية بالانخراط بصورة متزايدة في الصراع عبر تزويد كييف بالأسلحة والمعلومات والدعم اللوجستي.
وتتزامن التصريحات الروسية مع تصاعد الهجمات الأوكرانية على أهداف داخل الأراضي الروسية خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة، مع تركيز بعضها على منشآت اقتصادية ولوجستية. وأعلن الكرملين أن روسيا تتخذ إجراءات للحد من تأثير الضربات الأوكرانية على صادراتها من الحبوب.
وقال إن السلطات تعمل على تقليص تداعيات تلك الهجمات، بعدما استهدفت أوكرانيا في الأسابيع الأخيرة منشآت روسية مرتبطة بالاقتصاد، بما فيها محطات لتصدير الحبوب.
ولم يكشف الكرملين تفاصيل الإجراءات التي اتخذتها موسكو أو حجم الأضرار التي لحقت بصادرات الحبوب نتيجة الهجمات.
وتكتسب هذه التطورات أهمية إضافية بالنظر إلى مكانة روسيا كأحد كبار مصدري الحبوب عالمياً، ما يجعل أي اضطراب في منشآت التصدير أو حركة الشحن موضع متابعة خشية انعكاساته على الإمدادات والأسعار في الأسواق الدولية.
وتتعرض منشآت تجارية ولوجستية روسية لهجمات أوكرانية متزايدة. وكان مستودع تابع لعملاق التجارة الإلكترونية الروسي «أوزون» قد تعرض لهجوم بمسيّرة في منطقة أورينبورغ، بعد استهداف مركز آخر للشركة في منطقة سمارا.
وعن الدعم الحكومي للشركة عقب تلك الهجمات، قال الكرملين إن الحكومة تعمل مع الشركات المعنية لتقديم المساندة في ظل ما وصفه بـ«الوضع الصعب».
وتتهم موسكو كييف باستهداف البنية التحتية المدنية والاقتصادية، بينما وسّعت أوكرانيا خلال الفترة الأخيرة نطاق عملياتها داخل روسيا، مستهدفة منشآت تقول إنها تسهم بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في دعم المجهود الحربي الروسي.
Amid the British military support for Kyiv and the continued Ukrainian attacks on economic targets within Russia, the Kremlin accused Britain today (Monday) of participating in the war alongside Ukraine.
Commenting on a high-level British visit led by Prime Minister Andy Burnham to Kyiv, during his first foreign trip since taking office, and the military support provided by London, the Russian presidency stated that "Britain is participating in the war alongside Ukraine," according to the Reuters news agency.
Britain has been one of the main military supporters of Ukraine since the outbreak of the war, providing military aid and training to Ukrainian forces, while Moscow accuses Western countries of increasingly engaging in the conflict by supplying Kyiv with weapons, information, and logistical support.
The Russian statements coincide with the escalation of Ukrainian attacks on targets within Russian territory in recent weeks, with some focusing on economic and logistical facilities. The Kremlin announced that Russia is taking measures to mitigate the impact of Ukrainian strikes on its grain exports.
It stated that authorities are working to reduce the repercussions of these attacks, after Ukraine targeted Russian facilities linked to the economy in recent weeks, including grain export terminals.
The Kremlin did not disclose details of the measures taken by Moscow or the extent of the damage to grain exports as a result of the attacks.
These developments gain additional significance considering Russia's status as one of the world's largest grain exporters, making any disruption in export facilities or shipping movements a matter of concern due to its potential impact on supplies and prices in international markets.
Russian commercial and logistical facilities are facing increasing Ukrainian attacks. A warehouse belonging to the Russian e-commerce giant "Ozon" was attacked by a drone in the Orenburg region, following another strike on a company center in the Samara region.
Regarding government support for the company following these attacks, the Kremlin stated that the government is working with the concerned companies to provide assistance in what it described as a "difficult situation."
Moscow accuses Kyiv of targeting civilian and economic infrastructure, while Ukraine has recently expanded the scope of its operations within Russia, targeting facilities it claims contribute directly or indirectly to supporting the Russian war effort.
