في امتداد للدعم السخي والمتواصل الذي تقدمه السعودية لقطاع التعليم في اليمن عبر ذراعها التنموية «البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن»، اختُتم، اليوم (الأربعاء)، في العاصمة اليمنية المؤقتة عدن، مشروع الشهادات الدولية المهنية في التدريس (IPTC).
حضر حفل الختام وزير التربية والتعليم اليمني الدكتور عادل العبادي، ووزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل مختار اليافعي، ومساعد المشرف العام على البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن المهندس حسن العطاس، ورئيس الفريق العلمي في معهد الملك عبدالله للبحوث والدراسات الاستشارية الأستاذ الدكتور محمد النذير.

تمكين الكوادر التعليمية
وأسهم المشروع النوعي في تمكين 200 معلم ومعلمة موزعين على محافظات عدن، وحضرموت، وتعز، من اجتياز البرنامج والحصول على الشهادة الدولية المهنية في التدريس (IPTC)، بما يضمن تعزيز قدراتهم المهنية، ورفع كفاءة الأداء في الميدان التربوي، ومواكبة أحدث الممارسات التعليمية العالمية.
ويأتي المشروع ليعزز جودة مخرجات التعليم والارتقاء ببيئة التعلم في المدارس اليمنية، وإعداد جيل من المعلمين القادرين على تلبية متطلبات المستقبل بحرفية عالية.
شراكة إستراتيجية وتنموية
ويعكس هذا الإنجاز عمق الشراكة الإستراتيجية بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية السعودية والجهات التعليمية اليمنية، متوجاً جهود البرنامج المستمرة في دعم قطاع التعليم باعتباره الركيزة الأساسية للتنمية المستدامة وبناء الأجيال.

وعبّر المشاركون والمستفيدون عن بالغ شكرهم وتقديرهم للسعودية قيادةً وشعباً، وللبرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن على هذه المبادرة النوعية، مؤكدين أن البرامج التدريبية المكثفة والشهادات الدولية التي حصلوا عليها ستحدث نقلة نوعية في أساليبهم التدريسية، وتنعكس بشكل إيجابي ومباشر على جودة التحصيل العلمي للطلاب والطالبات في الميدان التربوي.
يُذكر أن «البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن» يُعد ركيزة أساسية في دعم قطاعات التنمية الحيوية في اليمن، من خلال تنفيذ حزمة واسعة من المشاريع والمبادرات النوعية التي تلامس حاجات المواطن اليمني، وتسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار والتنمية المستدامة في مختلف المحافظات.
In continuation of the generous and ongoing support that Saudi Arabia provides to the education sector in Yemen through its development arm, the "Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen," the International Professional Teaching Certificate (IPTC) project was concluded today (Wednesday) in the temporary Yemeni capital, Aden.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Yemeni Minister of Education, Dr. Adel Al-Abbadi, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mukhtar Al-Yafai, the Assistant Supervisor General of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, Engineer Hassan Al-Attas, and the Head of the Scientific Team at King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Nazir.

Empowering Educational Staff
The qualitative project has contributed to empowering 200 male and female teachers distributed across the governorates of Aden, Hadramout, and Taiz, enabling them to pass the program and obtain the International Professional Teaching Certificate (IPTC), which ensures the enhancement of their professional capabilities, improves performance efficiency in the educational field, and keeps pace with the latest global educational practices.
The project comes to enhance the quality of educational outputs and elevate the learning environment in Yemeni schools, preparing a generation of teachers capable of meeting future requirements with high professionalism.
Strategic and Developmental Partnership
This achievement reflects the depth of the strategic partnership between Saudi academic institutions and Yemeni educational entities, culminating the program's ongoing efforts to support the education sector as it is the cornerstone of sustainable development and building generations.
