كشفت مصادر لـ«عكاظ» أن الحكومة العراقية اتفقت مع قوى «الإطار التنسيقي» على تشكيل لجنة أمنية عليا تضم مختصين وممثلين عن وزارات الداخلية والدفاع والأمن الوطني والخارجية، للتحقيق في المسيّرات التي انطلقت من الأراضي العراقية باتجاه السعودية والإمارات، في خطوة تعكس تصاعد القلق داخل بغداد من تداعيات الملف أمنياً وسياسياً.
وقال مصدر أمني لـ«عكاظ» إن اجتماع رئيس الوزراء العراقي علي الزيدي مع قوى «الإطار التنسيقي» الليلة الماضية خُصص بالكامل لبحث قضية انطلاق المسيّرات من الأراضي العراقية، مؤكداً أن اللجنة المرتقبة ستنقسم إلى فريقين للتحقيق والتقصي الفني والأمني.
فريق إلى السعودية والإمارات
وأوضح المصدر أن الفريق الأول سيتوجه إلى السعودية والإمارات للاطلاع على الأدلة الفنية المرتبطة بمسار المسيّرات، وفي مقدمتها بيانات الرادارات وأنظمة الإنذار المبكر، بهدف تحديد نقطة الانطلاق وخطوط الوصول، بما يساعد في كشف الجهة التي تقف خلف الهجمات.
وبيّن أن بغداد تسعى من خلال هذه الخطوة إلى بناء تصور فني دقيق يستند إلى المعطيات التقنية والأمنية، بعيداً عن الاستنتاجات السياسية المسبقة.
فريق للتقصي داخل العراق
وأضاف المصدر لـ«عكاظ» أن الفريق الثاني ستكون مهمته إجراء عمليات البحث والتقصي داخل العراق، وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة باستهداف السعودية والإمارات بمسيّرات انطلقت من الأراضي العراقية، إلى جانب تتبع الجهات المحتملة المتورطة في تنفيذ أو تسهيل تلك العمليات.
وأكد أن اللجنة ستعمل وفق مسار مهني وأمني بحت، لافتاً إلى أن «حسم الملف يتوقف على الأدلة الفنية والمعطيات الأمنية التي ستقدمها الجهات المختصة»، مضيفاً أن عمل اللجنة يمثل «رحلة بحث عن الدليل قبل تبني أي موقف نهائي».
الزيدي يُكلّف بحسم مرشحي «الداخلية» و«الدفاع»
وفي الشأن الداخلي، ناقش اجتماع الزيدي مع قوى «الإطار التنسيقي» استكمال ملف الوزارات الأمنية، بعد أن منح مجلس النواب الثقة للحكومة الجديدة وبرنامجها الوزاري، وصوّت لـ14 وزيراً من أصل 23، فيما بقيت 9 حقائب شاغرة بسبب الخلافات السياسية على الأسماء والحصص.
وقال المصدر إن القوى السياسية اتفقت، بحضور الزيدي، على تخويله بمهمة اختيار مرشحي وزارتي الداخلية والدفاع، على أن تقدم الجهات السياسية قوائم تضم 10 أسماء لكل وزارة من أصحاب الخبرة الأمنية والعسكرية الفعلية.
وأشار إلى أن رئيس الوزراء سيختار من بين تلك القوائم الأسماء التي يراها مناسبة، مؤكداً أن الأسماء المتداولة حالياً بشأن الوزارتين «غير دقيقة».
مراجعة توزيع الوزارات السيادية
وكشف المصدر أن الاجتماع شهد أيضاً اتفاقاً على إعادة تقييم توزيع الوزارات السيادية وفق الكلفة الرسمية التي حددها الفريق المشرف على الملف برئاسة الزيدي وبالتنسيق مع «الإطار التنسيقي».
ولفت إلى أن خارطة توزيع الوزارات قد تشهد تعديلات خلال المرحلة القادمة، في ضوء المراجعات السياسية الجارية ومحاولات الوصول إلى تفاهمات أوسع بين القوى المشاركة في الحكومة العراقية الجديدة.
Sources revealed to "Okaz" that the Iraqi government has agreed with the forces of the "Coordination Framework" to form a high security committee that includes specialists and representatives from the ministries of interior, defense, national security, and foreign affairs, to investigate the drones that launched from Iraqi territory towards Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in a move that reflects the growing concern within Baghdad about the security and political implications of the issue.
An security source told "Okaz" that the meeting of Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaydi with the forces of the "Coordination Framework" last night was entirely dedicated to discussing the issue of drones launching from Iraqi territory, confirming that the anticipated committee will be divided into two teams for technical and security investigation.
Team to Saudi Arabia and the UAE
The source explained that the first team will head to Saudi Arabia and the UAE to review the technical evidence related to the drone paths, including radar data and early warning systems, with the aim of determining the launch point and the routes taken, which will help uncover the party behind the attacks.
He indicated that Baghdad seeks through this step to build an accurate technical perception based on technical and security data, away from preconceived political conclusions.
Team for Investigation Inside Iraq
The source added to "Okaz" that the second team's mission will be to conduct search and investigation operations within Iraq, gathering information related to the targeting of Saudi Arabia and the UAE by drones that launched from Iraqi territory, in addition to tracking potential parties involved in executing or facilitating those operations.
He confirmed that the committee will operate according to a purely professional and security path, pointing out that "resolving the issue depends on the technical evidence and security data that will be provided by the relevant authorities," adding that the committee's work represents "a quest for evidence before adopting any final position."
Al-Zaydi Assigned to Decide on Candidates for the Ministries of Interior and Defense
Regarding internal affairs, Al-Zaydi's meeting with the forces of the "Coordination Framework" discussed completing the file of security ministries, after the parliament granted confidence to the new government and its ministerial program, voting for 14 ministers out of 23, while 9 portfolios remain vacant due to political disputes over names and quotas.
The source said that the political forces agreed, in the presence of Al-Zaydi, to authorize him with the task of selecting candidates for the ministries of interior and defense, with political entities to submit lists containing 10 names for each ministry of individuals with actual security and military experience.
He indicated that the Prime Minister will choose from among those lists the names he deems appropriate, confirming that the names currently circulating regarding the two ministries are "not accurate."
Review of Distribution of Sovereign Ministries
The source revealed that the meeting also witnessed an agreement to reevaluate the distribution of sovereign ministries according to the official cost determined by the supervising team on the file, headed by Al-Zaydi and in coordination with the "Coordination Framework."
He noted that the map of ministry distribution may witness modifications during the upcoming phase, in light of ongoing political reviews and attempts to reach broader understandings among the forces participating in the new Iraqi government.
