أعرب رئيس البرلمان العربي محمد بن أحمد اليماحي، عن إدانته واستنكاره الاعتداءات السافرة والمتكررة التي يقوم بها كيان الاحتلال على الجمهورية اللبنانية، التي أسفرت عن مئات الضحايا والمصابين من المدنيين الأبرياء فضلاً عن خسائر مادية جسيمة.
وشدد اليماحي على أن هذه الاعتداءات الهمجية فضلاً عن أنها تحد سافر للقانون الدولي والأعراف والمواثيق الدولية كافة، فإنها تعكس إصرار كيان الاحتلال على جرّ المنطقة إلى مزيد من الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار، وإفشال الجهود الدولية الجارية لوقف التصعيد في المنطقة.
وطالب رئيس البرلمان العربي المجتمع الدولي بالتدخل الفوري لوقف هذه الاعتداءات السافرة التي طالت المنشآت الحيوية والمدنية ومنشآت البنية التحتية.
وجدد اليماحي التأكيد على دعم البرلمان العربي التام للجمهورية اللبنانية، ووقوفه الكامل إلى جانبها لتجاوز الظرف الدقيق الذي تمر به.
The President of the Arab Parliament, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi, expressed his condemnation and denunciation of the blatant and repeated assaults carried out by the occupying entity against the Lebanese Republic, which have resulted in hundreds of victims and injuries among innocent civilians, in addition to significant material losses.
Al-Yamahi emphasized that these barbaric assaults, in addition to being a blatant challenge to international law and all international norms and agreements, reflect the occupying entity's insistence on dragging the region into further chaos and instability, undermining ongoing international efforts to halt the escalation in the area.
The President of the Arab Parliament called on the international community to intervene immediately to stop these blatant assaults that have targeted vital and civilian facilities and infrastructure.
Al-Yamahi reiterated the Arab Parliament's full support for the Lebanese Republic and its complete solidarity with it to overcome the delicate situation it is going through.
