فيما كشف الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي إن المفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة والدول الأوروبية بهدف إنهاء الحرب مع روسيا أصبحت «قريبة جداً من نتيجة حقيقية»، أعلن الكرملين أن المحادثات بين موسكو وواشنطن في ميامي «لا ينبغي النظر إليها على أنها انفراجة».
خطة واشنطن على الطاولة
وقال زيلينسكي، في تجمّع مخصص للدبلوماسيين الأوكرانيين: «كل شيء يبدو جديراً بالاهتمام... هذا عملنا نحن أوكرانيا والولايات المتحدة. وهذا يشير إلى أننا قريبون جداً من نتيجة حقيقية».
وأضاف زيلينسكي أن المفاوضين كانوا يعملون على خطة من 20 نقطة، طرحها المبعوثون الأمريكيون، التي ظلت قيد المناقشة لأسابيع بعد أن تعرضت مسودة أولية لانتقادات من الأوكرانيين والأوروبيين على اعتبار أنها تميل أكثر من اللازم لصالح روسيا. واعتبر أنه: «ليس كل شيء مثالياً في هذه الخطة، ولكنها موجودة».
وأشار زيلينسكي في خطابه الليلي عبر الفيديو، إلى إن القضية الأساسية هي تحديد ما إذا كانت الولايات المتحدة قادرة على «الحصول على رد من روسيا، واستعداد حقيقي من جانب موسكو للتركيز على شيء آخر غير العدوان».
وأكد زيلينسكي أن استمرار الضغط على الكرملين أمر حيوي للحد من قدرة موسكو على شن الحرب. وقال: «إن خفض سعر النفط الروسي والعقوبات العالمية القوية واستمرار أشكال الضغط الأخرى هي ما يمكن أن يكون مقنعاً».
مجرد مسار عملي
من جهتها، نقلت صحيفة «إزفيستيا»، الروسية عن المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف قوله: إن المحادثات بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة في ميامي لا ينبغي النظر إليها على أنها انفراجة.
ورداً على سؤال عما إذا كان يمكن اعتبار المفاوضات التي جرت في ميامي نقطة تحول، قال بيسكوف «هذا مجرد مسار عملي».
وتوقع بيسكوف أن تستمر المناقشات بصيغة «متأنية» على مستوى الخبراء، وإن روسيا تعطي أولوية للحصول على تفاصيل عمل واشنطن مع الأوروبيين والأوكرانيين بشأن تسوية محتملة.
وقال إن موسكو ستحكم بعد ذلك على مدى تطابق تلك الأفكار مع ما أسماه «روح أنكوريج».
هجوم جوي روسي
ميدانياً، تتواصل الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، وأكدت وزارة الطاقة الأوكرانية، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن موسكو هاجمت مجدداً قطاع الطاقة في أوكرانيا، ما أدى إلى انقطاع التيار الكهربائي في عدد من المناطق منها العاصمة كييف والمنطقة المحيطة بها.
وأعلن الجيش الأوكراني أن روسيا شنت هجوماً جوياً على كييف، وذلك بعد يومين من انتهاء جولة محادثات السلام التي قادتها الولايات المتحدة في ميامي.
وقالت الإدارة العسكرية في كييف على تطبيق تيليغرام: «تعمل قوات الدفاع الجوي على القضاء على التهديد في سماء العاصمة»، وحثت السكان على البقاء في الملاجئ لحين إعطاء الضوء الأخضر لهم بالخروج.
حماية المجال الجوي البولندي
وفي وارسو، أعلنت القوات المسلحة البولندية إطلاق طائرات بولندية وأخرى حليفة، اليوم، لضمان سلامة المجال الجوي بعد أن شنت روسيا غارات جوية على غرب أوكرانيا بالقرب من الحدود مع بولندا.
وذكرت قيادة العمليات بالقوات المسلحة البولندية في منشور على موقع إكس «انطلقت طائرات مقاتلة، ووضعت أنظمة الدفاع الجوي الأرضية
وأنظمة الاستطلاع بالرادار في حالة تأهب قصوى».
وأضافت: «هذه الإجراءات وقائية بطبيعتها وتهدف إلى تأمين وحماية المجال الجوي، خصوصاً في الأماكن المتاخمة للمناطق المهددة».
While Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that negotiations with the United States and European countries aimed at ending the war with Russia have become "very close to a real outcome," the Kremlin announced that talks between Moscow and Washington in Miami "should not be seen as a breakthrough."
Washington's Plan on the Table
Zelensky said at a gathering dedicated to Ukrainian diplomats: "Everything seems interesting... This is our work, Ukraine and the United States. This indicates that we are very close to a real outcome."
Zelensky added that negotiators have been working on a 20-point plan proposed by American envoys, which has been under discussion for weeks after an initial draft was criticized by Ukrainians and Europeans for being too favorable to Russia. He noted: "Not everything is perfect in this plan, but it exists."
Zelensky pointed out in his nightly video address that the key issue is determining whether the United States can "get a response from Russia, and a real willingness from Moscow to focus on something other than aggression."
Zelensky emphasized that continued pressure on the Kremlin is vital to limit Moscow's ability to wage war. He said: "Reducing the price of Russian oil, strong global sanctions, and continuing other forms of pressure are what could be convincing."
Just a Practical Path
For its part, the Russian newspaper "Izvestia" quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying that the talks between Russia and the United States in Miami should not be viewed as a breakthrough.
In response to a question about whether the negotiations in Miami could be considered a turning point, Peskov said, "This is just a practical path."
Peskov expected discussions to continue in a "cautious" format at the expert level, and that Russia prioritizes obtaining details of Washington's work with Europeans and Ukrainians regarding a potential settlement.
He stated that Moscow would then assess how those ideas align with what he called the "spirit of Anchorage."
Russian Air Attack
On the ground, the Russian-Ukrainian war continues, and the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy confirmed today (Tuesday) that Moscow has once again attacked the energy sector in Ukraine, leading to power outages in several regions, including the capital Kyiv and the surrounding area.
The Ukrainian army announced that Russia launched an air attack on Kyiv, just two days after the conclusion of a round of peace talks led by the United States in Miami.
The military administration in Kyiv stated on the Telegram app: "Air defense forces are working to eliminate the threat in the skies over the capital," urging residents to stay in shelters until they are given the green light to exit.
Protecting Polish Airspace
In Warsaw, the Polish armed forces announced the launch of Polish and allied aircraft today to ensure the safety of airspace after Russia conducted airstrikes on western Ukraine near the border with Poland.
The Polish armed forces' operational command stated in a post on X that "fighter jets have been launched, and ground air defense systems and radar reconnaissance systems have been placed on high alert."
It added: "These measures are preventive in nature and aim to secure and protect the airspace, especially in areas adjacent to threatened regions."
