أصدر أمير منطقة جازان الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالعزيز، بناءً على موافقة وزارة الداخلية، قراراً بتعيين الشيخ ناصر بن سيبان يحيى علواني معرفاً لقبيلة العلاوين بالمنطقة، خلفاً لأخيه الشيخ عبده بن سيبان علواني، رحمه الله.
وعبّر علواني عن شكره وتقديره لأمير المنطقة على هذه الثقة، سائلاً الله أن يعينه على أداء المسؤولية، وأن يوفقه لخدمة الدين ثم المليك والوطن.
The Emir of the Jazan region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, issued a decision to appoint Sheikh Nasser bin Siban Yahya Alwani as the chief of the Alawain tribe in the region, following the approval of the Ministry of Interior, succeeding his brother Sheikh Abduh bin Siban Alwani, may God have mercy on him.
Alwani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Emir of the region for this trust, asking God to assist him in fulfilling his responsibilities and to grant him success in serving the religion, then the king, and the nation.
