قدّم أمير منطقة حائل الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز، ونائبه الأمير فيصل بن فهد بن مقرن بن عبدالعزيز، عزاءهما ومواساتهما لأسرة العفنان في وفاة فقيدهم الدكتور عبدالرحمن الفريح العفنان، عضو مجلس الشورى السابق، مدير إدارة المستشارين في إمارة المنطقة السابق.
جاء ذلك في اتصال هاتفي أجراه أمير حائل مع أبناء الفقيد وبرقية عزاء من نائبه، سائلين الله أن يتغمده بواسع رحمته، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم ذويه الصبر والسلوان.
The Prince of the Hail region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, and his deputy, Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Mqren bin Abdulaziz, expressed their condolences and sympathy to the Al-Afnan family for the loss of their dear one, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Furaih Al-Afnan, a former member of the Shura Council and the former Director of the Advisory Department in the Emirate of the region.
This was conveyed in a phone call made by the Prince of Hail to the deceased's sons and a condolence message from his deputy, asking Allah to envelop him in His vast mercy, to grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire his family with patience and solace.
