A decision has been issued to appoint Engineer Wael bin Mohammed Al-Othman as the General Director of the General Administration for Community Participation at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.

Al-Othman expressed his pride in the trust placed in him, which he considers a motivation to serve the religion and the nation.
