محافظ الأحساء يُقلّد مدير جوازات المحافظة ومساعده رتبتيهما الجديدتين

The Governor of Al-Ahsa, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, today (Wednesday) awarded the new ranks to the Director of the Passport Department in the governorate, Brigadier General Nasser bin Ali Al-Qahtani, and his assistant, Brigadier General Kamal bin Abdulrahman Al-Dawghan, at his office, following the issuance of the royal decree promoting them to the rank of Brigadier General.

The Governor of Al-Ahsa congratulated Brigadier Generals Al-Qahtani and Al-Dawghan on this esteemed trust, wishing them success and prosperity in carrying out their duties, and continuing to serve the religion, then the king, and the nation with sincerity and competence.

For their part, Brigadier Generals Al-Qahtani and Al-Dawghan expressed their gratitude to the Governor of Al-Ahsa for awarding them their new ranks, affirming their commitment to doubling their efforts to serve the homeland and its citizens.
