اتهم نائب رئيس لجنة الأمن القومي في البرلمان الإيراني محمود نبويان مفتشي الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بالتجسس على بلاده، كاشفاً أن طهران عثرت على «شرائح تجسس» مشبوهة في أحذية المفتشين خلال تفتيشهم المواقع النووية.
وانتقد نبويان في مقابلة مع وكالة أنباء «فارس»، اليوم (الإثنين)، أداء الوكالة الدولية، وتساءل حول طريقة تحديد هوية بعض المنشآت النووية الإيرانية، قائلاً: «كيف يعرفون أن لدينا منشآت نووية في نطنز؟ عادة ما يكتشفون ذلك إما من خلال الأقمار الصناعية التي تمتلكها الولايات المتحدة، أو من خلال الأجهزة الأمنية».
وسأل المدير العام للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية رافائيل غروسي قائلاً: «لديك الآن ادعاءات حول 3 مواقع تقول إنها لم تحل بعد، هل الأمر سوى أن إسرائيل زودتكم بمعلومات عن مراكزنا هذه؟ هل زودتكم إسرائيل بوثائق منا؟ ولكن لماذا تستمعون إلى إسرائيل؟ هل إسرائيل عضو في معاهدة حظر الانتشار النووي؟ لهذا السبب نقول إنكم تتجسسون».
وقال نبويان: «أحضرنا 10 ملايين وثيقة من إسرائيل، ومن المثير للاهتمام معرفة أننا كأعضاء في معاهدة حظر الانتشار النووي يجب أن نقدم تقاريرنا إلى الوكالة، لكن غروسي قدم تقاريرنا إلى إسرائيل!»، مضيفاً وهو يخاطب غروسي «عندما نقول تجسس، فإننا نقول ذلك بأدلة».
وأضاف: «عندما كنا نقدم تقارير سرية للوكالة، قبل مناقشتها في الوكالة، كانت المعلومات تنشر في الصحف، في حين أن نشر هذه المعلومات محظور ويجب محاسبة الوكالة»، لافتاً إلى أن الصحف الإسرائيلية والأمريكية تنشر معلومات إيران النووية.
وكانت طهران علقت رسمياً تعاونها مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية بعد توقيع الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان على القانون الذي أقرّه البرلمان الشهر الماضي.
واتهمت الوكالة بالانحياز للدول الغربية، وتوفير المبرر للغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية التي بدأت في اليوم التالي لتصويت مجلس محافظي الوكالة على قرار ينص على أن إيران لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية.

The Vice Chairman of the National Security Committee in the Iranian Parliament, Mahmoud Nabavian, accused inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of spying on his country, revealing that Tehran found "suspicious spying chips" in the inspectors' shoes during their inspections of nuclear sites.
Nabavian criticized the performance of the IAEA in an interview with the Fars News Agency today (Monday), questioning how some Iranian nuclear facilities were identified, saying: "How do they know we have nuclear facilities in Natanz? They usually discover this either through satellites owned by the United States or through security agencies."
He asked IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi: "You now have claims about 3 sites that you say have not been resolved yet, is it just that Israel provided you with information about these centers of ours? Did Israel provide you with documents from us? But why do you listen to Israel? Is Israel a member of the Non-Proliferation Treaty? That’s why we say you are spying."
Nabavian said: "We brought 10 million documents from Israel, and it is interesting to know that as members of the Non-Proliferation Treaty, we must submit our reports to the agency, but Grossi submitted our reports to Israel!" adding while addressing Grossi, "When we say spying, we say it with evidence."
He added: "When we were submitting confidential reports to the agency, before discussing them in the agency, the information was published in newspapers, while publishing this information is prohibited and the agency should be held accountable," noting that Israeli and American newspapers publish information about Iran's nuclear activities.
Tehran had officially suspended its cooperation with the IAEA after President Masoud Bezhakian signed the law approved by Parliament last month.
The agency was accused of bias towards Western countries and providing justification for Israeli airstrikes that began the day after the IAEA Board of Governors voted on a resolution stating that Iran was not meeting its obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
