هدد وزير الخارجية البريطاني ديفيد لامي اليوم (الثلاثاء) بإجراءات ضد إسرائيل إذا استمر الوضع على ما هو عليه في غزة، مشدداً على ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار.
وقال لامي أمام لجنة برلمانية «يجب أن نتوصل إلى وقف إطلاق النار»، مجيباً عن ما إذا كانت لندن ستتخذ إجراءات إضافية ضد إسرائيل إذا استمر الوضع في غزة، أجاب «نعم، نعم، سنفعل».
وأوضح وزير الخارجية البريطاني أن خطة توزيع المساعدات الجديدة بغزة غير مقبولة إطلاقاً والناس يموتون وهم ينتظرون الإغاثة، مشدداً على ضرورة أن يكون هناك دور للأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها إذا أردنا حل مسألة المساعدات في غزة.
من جهته، قال الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون اليوم إن الاعتراف بدولة فلسطينية هو السبيل الوحيد لإرساء السلام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، موضحاً خلال تصريحات في مستهل زيارة تستمر 3 أيام إلى بريطانيا، أن وقف إطلاق النار في غزة بات أمراً ملحاً.
وحذر ماكرون من أن حرباً بلا نهاية في القطاع الفلسطيني تشكل تهديداً للمنطقة بأسرها.
في الوقت ذاته، قال الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم إنه سيلتقي برئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو مرة أخرى في وقت لاحق مساءً، لمناقشة الحرب في غزة.
وكان المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية القطرية ماجد الأنصاري قد قال في قت سابق اليوم: إن وفدي «حماس»، وإسرائيل موجودان في الدوحة، مضيفاً أن المباحثات جارية لتجسير الهوة في الإطار التفاوضي.
وأوضح الأنصاري في مؤتمر صحافي: «ما نقصده بالإطار التفاوضي هو الوصول إلى وثيقة تسبق بدء المفاوضات»، مشيراً إلى أن فريقي الوساطة القطري والمصري يعملان على مدار الساعة في الدوحة للوصول إلى إطار تفاوضي.
ولفت إلى أنهم ليس بمقدورهم تحديد إطار زمني للمحادثات الجارية في قطر الآن، وأن هناك حاجة لبعض الوقت، مبيناً أن الحديث الآن ليس عن اتفاق نهائي بشأن غزة، بل عن هدنة وما يمكن أن تؤدي إليه في سبيل الوصول إلى حل نهائي.

British Foreign Secretary David Lammy threatened today (Tuesday) with actions against Israel if the situation in Gaza continues as it is, emphasizing the need for a ceasefire.
Lammy stated before a parliamentary committee, "We must reach a ceasefire," responding to whether London would take further actions against Israel if the situation in Gaza persists, he replied, "Yes, yes, we will."
The British Foreign Secretary clarified that the new aid distribution plan in Gaza is completely unacceptable and that people are dying while waiting for relief, stressing the necessity of a role for the United Nations and its agencies if we want to resolve the aid issue in Gaza.
For his part, French President Emmanuel Macron stated today that recognizing a Palestinian state is the only way to establish peace in the Middle East, explaining during remarks at the start of a three-day visit to Britain that a ceasefire in Gaza has become urgent.
Macron warned that an endless war in the Palestinian territory poses a threat to the entire region.
At the same time, U.S. President Donald Trump said today that he will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu again later this evening to discuss the war in Gaza.
Earlier today, Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majid Al-Ansari stated that the delegations from "Hamas" and Israel are in Doha, adding that discussions are ongoing to bridge the gap in the negotiating framework.
Al-Ansari explained in a press conference, "What we mean by the negotiating framework is reaching a document that precedes the start of negotiations," indicating that the Qatari and Egyptian mediation teams are working around the clock in Doha to reach a negotiating framework.
He pointed out that they cannot set a timeline for the ongoing talks in Qatar at the moment and that some time is needed, clarifying that the discussion now is not about a final agreement regarding Gaza, but about a truce and what it could lead to in order to reach a final solution.
