أعلن الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اليوم (الخميس) أنه سيجري مباحثات هاتفية في وقت لاحق اليوم مع نظيره الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، موضحاً أنها ستكون الأولى بينهما منذ اتصال أجرياه في 14 يونيو.
وقال بوتين خلال زيارة معرض: «سأتحدث إلى الرئيس الأمريكي اليوم»، بحسب وكالتي «ريا نوفوستي» و«تاس».
وكان المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف قد قال إن موسكو لا تناقش علناً محتوى المذكرة الروسية، التي لم تتم مناقشتها مع الجانب الأوكراني حتى الآن، معتبراً أن مناقشة الأمر من خلال وسائل الإعلام من شأنه أن يضر بالعملية.
وكانت مذكرة الجانب الروسي بشأن التسوية، المقدمة إلى الوفد الأوكراني في مفاوضات إسطنبول، حياد أوكرانيا، وحظر أي أنشطة عسكرية لدول ثالثة على أراضيها، وتضمن القسم الأول من الوثيقة المعايير الرئيسية للتسوية النهائية، والقسم الثاني يتناول شروط وقف إطلاق النار.
وتضم الوثيقة خيارين لتطور الأحداث، على وجه الخصوص، أحد الشروط هو عفو كييف عن السجناء السياسيين والإفراج عن العسكريين والمدنيين المحتجزين، كما يحدد القسم الثالث تسلسل الخطوات والإطار الزمني لتنفيذها.
ميدانياً، أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الروسية مقتل نائب القائد العام للبحرية القائد السابق للواء مشاة البحرية 155 التابع لأسطول المحيط الهادئ اللواء ميخائيل جودكوف في مقاطعة كورسك الحدودية مع أوكرانيا، حسبما ذكرت وكالة «تاس» الروسية.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان أن اللواء جودكوف لقي حتفه أثناء أداء مهمة قتالية في منطقة حدودية بإقليم كورسك في غرب البلاد، فيما ذكر حاكم منطقة بريمورسكي أوليج كوزيمياكو أن الجنرال الروسي لقي حتفه قائلاً: «جودكوف كان مقاتلاً شجاعاً، لم يكف عن زيارة مواقع ضباط المشاة البحرية حتى بعد توليه منصب نائب القائد العام للبحرية الروسية».

Putin said during a visit to an exhibition: “I will talk to the American president today,” according to the news agencies “RIA Novosti” and “TASS.”
The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow is not publicly discussing the content of the Russian memorandum, which has not yet been discussed with the Ukrainian side, considering that discussing the matter through the media would harm the process.
The Russian side's memorandum regarding the settlement, presented to the Ukrainian delegation in the Istanbul negotiations, includes Ukraine's neutrality and a ban on any military activities by third countries on its territory. The first part of the document includes the main criteria for the final settlement, while the second part addresses the conditions for a ceasefire.
The document includes two options for the development of events, in particular, one of the conditions is Kyiv's amnesty for political prisoners and the release of detained military personnel and civilians. The third section specifies the sequence of steps and the timeline for their implementation.
On the ground, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the death of the Deputy Commander of the Navy, former commander of the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet, Major General Mikhail Gudkov, in the Kursk region bordering Ukraine, according to the Russian news agency “TASS.”
The ministry clarified in a statement that General Gudkov was killed while performing a combat mission in a border area of the Kursk region in the west of the country, while the governor of the Primorsky region, Oleg Kozemyako, mentioned that the Russian general was killed, saying: “Gudkov was a brave fighter, he never stopped visiting the positions of the marines even after taking the position of Deputy Commander of the Russian Navy.”
