أطلقت القوات المسلحة الإيرانية اليوم (الخميس) مناورات عسكرية «تركز على تحركات العدو» قبل موعدها المزمع، وسط حالة من التوتر وتحركات إقليمية ودولية تشير إلى تأهب عسكري.
وأصدر رئيس هيئة الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة الإيرانية اللواء محمد باقري أمراً ببدء سلسلة من المناورات العسكرية لعام 2025 تحت مسمى «مناورات اقتدار القوات المسلحة». وبحسب وكالة «مهر» الإيرانية للأنباء فإن باقري أكد أن الهدف من إجراء هذه المناورات هو تعزيز القدرات الدفاعية والردعية للقوات المسلحة وتقييم جاهزيتها.
وأشار إلى أنه يتم التخطيط لهذه التدريبات وتنفيذها مع إدخال تغييرات على التقويم السنوي للقوات المسلحة والتركيز على تحركات العدو.
وكان القائد العام للحرس الثوري حسين سلامي قال في وقت سابق اليوم إن موازين القوى تتغير ضد كل الأعداء بقوات التعبئة (الباسيج)، مضيفاً: كلما زاد الخطر، ازدادت ثقة قوات التعبئة وبهجتهم وقوتهم، وكلما اقتربوا من العدو.
بالمقابل، حظرت الخارجية الأمريكية، اليوم على موظفيها وأفراد عائلاتهم في إسرائيل التحرك خارج منطقة تل أبيب الكبرى والقدس وبئر السبع حتى إشعار آخر، مبينة أن الولايات المتحدة فرضت هذه القيود المذكورة بسبب التوتر الإقليمي المتزايد.
من جهة أخرى، أعلنت وزارة الخارجية المصرية، في بيان اليوم، أن اتصالا هاتفيا جرى بين وزير الخارجية المصري بدر عبد العاطي والمبعوث الرئاسي الأمريكي للشرق الأوسط ستيفن ويتكوف مساء أمس، مبينة أن الاتصال تناول الجهود المشتركة التي تبذلها مصر والولايات المتحدة وقطر، من أجل سرعة التوصل إلى اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، والإفراج عن الرهائن والأسرى، والنفاذ الكامل للمساعدات الإنسانية إلى القطاع للتخفيف من معاناة المدنيين.
وشدد عبد العاطي على ضرورة التوصل إلى تسوية دائمة وشاملة للصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي، تلبي تطلعات شعوب المنطقة في تحقيق السلام والأمن والاستقرار المستدام في الشرق الأوسط، مبينة أن الاتصال تناول أيضاً تطورات المفاوضات بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
وأشارت إلى أن عبدالعاطي أكد أهمية استمرار المسار التفاوضي القائم، لما يمثله من فرصة مهمة لتحقيق التهدئة وتجنب التصعيد، ومنع انزلاق المنطقة نحو مزيد من عدم الاستقرار.

The Iranian armed forces launched military exercises today (Thursday) focused on "enemy movements" ahead of their scheduled date, amid a state of tension and regional and international movements indicating military readiness.
General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, issued an order to begin a series of military exercises for the year 2025 under the name "Armed Forces Power Exercises." According to the Iranian news agency "Mehr," Bagheri confirmed that the aim of conducting these exercises is to enhance the defensive and deterrent capabilities of the armed forces and to assess their readiness.
He noted that these drills are being planned and executed with adjustments to the annual calendar of the armed forces, focusing on enemy movements.
Earlier today, the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard, Hossein Salami, stated that the balance of power is shifting against all enemies with the mobilization forces (Basij), adding: "The greater the danger, the more confidence, joy, and strength the mobilization forces gain, and the closer they get to the enemy."
On the other hand, the U.S. State Department today prohibited its employees and their family members in Israel from moving outside the Greater Tel Aviv area, Jerusalem, and Beersheba until further notice, indicating that the United States imposed these restrictions due to the increasing regional tension.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced in a statement today that a phone call took place between Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atti and U.S. Presidential Envoy for the Middle East, Stephen Witty, last night, stating that the call addressed the joint efforts being made by Egypt, the United States, and Qatar to quickly reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, the release of hostages and prisoners, and the full access of humanitarian aid to the sector to alleviate the suffering of civilians.
Abdel Atti emphasized the necessity of reaching a permanent and comprehensive settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that meets the aspirations of the peoples of the region for achieving peace, security, and sustainable stability in the Middle East, noting that the call also discussed the developments in negotiations between the United States and Iran regarding the Iranian nuclear program.
He pointed out that Abdel Atti affirmed the importance of continuing the ongoing negotiation process, as it represents an important opportunity to achieve de-escalation, avoid escalation, and prevent the region from slipping into further instability.
