The Minister of Interior, Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, extended his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the success of this year's Hajj season 1446 AH.

This was stated in a telegram, the text of which is as follows:

My Lord, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God support him

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings

May God prolong your honor.. I am honored to extend my congratulations to your esteemed self on behalf of myself and the princes of the regions, and the members of the Supreme Hajj Committee, and your sons in the security forces, and all the personnel of the governmental and private agencies participating in the Hajj operations this year 1446 AH, on the occasion of the arrival of Eid al-Adha, may God return it to you and to the Islamic nation with blessings and prosperity. I am also pleased to congratulate you - may God protect you - on the successful Hajj season this year, which was achieved by the grace of God and then through your care and generous directives, which were the cornerstone in enabling all participating entities in the Hajj mission to implement all plans (security, preventive, organizational, health, service, and traffic) with full efficiency and capability, in accordance with the number of pilgrims this year, which reached (1,673,230) pilgrims, and providing them with care and services at the highest standards; thus enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and comfort, and thanks to God, as the arrival of the pilgrims to the Mina site was completed on the eighth day of Dhul-Hijjah to spend the day of (Tarwiyah), followed by their ascent to the Arafat site on the ninth day, then the departure in the evening to the Muzdalifah site, and from there to Mina on the night and day of the tenth to throw the Jamrat al-Aqabah, and then head to the Sacred Mosque to perform the Tawaf al-Ifadah, and complete the Hajj rituals following the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

My Lord.. The security personnel and all the staff of the relevant governmental and private agencies were honored to participate in serving the guests of God and performed their duties with great competence and professionalism, resulting in the success of all the plans laid out by the grace of God. This year's Hajj season did not witness - thank God - anything that would disturb its tranquility or affect the safety and security of the pilgrims, and no epidemic or quarantine cases were recorded, as the preventive efforts and health services provided to the pilgrims of the House of God resulted in a decrease in the rates of illness, heat stress, and fatalities.

I ask God, the Almighty, to preserve you and prolong your honor and make you a treasure for Islam and Muslims, and to reward you abundantly for the great and commendable works you provide, and to continue to bless our homeland with security, stability, and prosperity under your wise leadership. Indeed, He is the Guardian of that and capable of it.

The Minister of Interior also extended his congratulations to the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the success of the Hajj season.

I am also pleased to congratulate you - may God grant you success - on the distinguished success of this year's Hajj season, thanks to God and then under the care and guidance of my Lord, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - and the support and follow-up of Your Highness and your sound directives, which enabled the guests of God to perform their rituals with ease and comfort through the precise implementation of the Hajj plans (security, health, preventive, organizational, service, and traffic), in addition to employing artificial intelligence technologies and developing a technical program for the Two Holy Mosques with Saudi algorithms and using advanced technologies for monitoring and predicting critical locations to assist in crowd management. The arrival of (1,673,230) pilgrims to the Arafat site and their standing at this great site was completed according to a precise and well-executed traffic plan from the security authorities, followed by their departure to the Muzdalifah site, and their transition to Mina in a record time and with complete smoothness, allowing them to begin throwing the pebbles and heading to the Sacred Mosque to complete their rituals in safety and tranquility, following the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. This was achieved by the grace of God and the vigilance of your men from various security and military agencies deployed in the places frequented by all the pilgrims, where the security situation remained stable, and no incidents occurred that would disturb the peace of the Hajj or affect the safety of the pilgrims, with complete discipline and careful monitoring of their conditions, movements, and accommodations. The health situation was also reassuring - thank God - and the preventive efforts and health requirements provided to the pilgrims of the House of God resulted in a noticeable decrease in the rates of illness and fatalities, with only a limited number of heat stress cases recorded, and the season did not witness, by God's grace, the emergence of any epidemic cases, in addition to the availability of all consumer and food goods needed by the pilgrims. Public services such as cleanliness, electricity, and water were comprehensively monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims of the House of God.

I ask God, the Almighty, to preserve my Lord, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and to grant him reward and merit, and to reward Your Highness abundantly for your sincere efforts in serving Islam and elevating the status of Muslims and caring for those who seek these holy places.
