أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية أن سلاح الجو قصف أهدافا لجماعة الحوثي في مطار صنعاء الدولي، بعد أن أطلقت صواريخ على إسرائيل أمس (الثلاثاء). وأكدت الوزارة أنها ستواصل إلحاق أضرار بالغة بالموانئ اليمنية واستهداف المطار والبنية التحتية.
فيما أفاد وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس، اليوم(الأربعاء)، بأن مقاتلات تابعة لسلاح الجو الإسرائيلي قصفت أهدافا في مطار العاصمة اليمنية صنعاء.
وقال كاتس في بيان: «إن طائرات سلاح الجو قصفت قبل قليل أهدافا تابعة لتنظيم الحوثيين في مطار صنعاء، ودمرت الطائرة الأخيرة التي كانت لا تزال قيد الاستخدام من قبل الحوثيين».
وذكرت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية أن 10 طائرات حربية إسرائيلية شاركت في الهجوم على مطار صنعاء، وأن الغارات استهدفت طائرة عادة ما تكون متوقفة في الأردن وقد جرى استهدافها بعد نحو نصف ساعة من هبوطها بمطار صنعاء.
وأكد الجيش الإسرائيلي شنّ غارات جوية استهدفت منشآت في مطار صنعاء الدولي، تابعة لجماعة الحوثي، وجرى استخدامها «لنقل مسلحين بهدف تنفيذ اعتداءات ضد إسرائيل»، بحسب قوله.
ووفق بيان لمتحدث الجيش الإسرائيلي، فإن الغارات استهدفت قطعًا جوية تابعة لنظام الحوثي، مؤكدًا أن الجماعة استخدمت المطار بشكل متواصل لأغراض إرهابية.
وأضاف البيان أن الهجوم يأتي بعد أسبوع من استهداف منشآت في ميناءي الحديدة والصليف، اللذين اتُّهما باستخدامهما «كمنصات لشن هجمات ضد الملاحة في البحر الأحمر».

Katz said in a statement: "The Air Force aircraft struck targets belonging to the Houthi organization at Sana'a Airport a short while ago, destroying the last aircraft that was still in use by the Houthis."
Israeli media reported that 10 Israeli warplanes participated in the attack on Sana'a Airport, and the airstrikes targeted an aircraft that is usually parked in Jordan, which was struck about half an hour after landing at Sana'a Airport.
The Israeli army confirmed conducting airstrikes targeting facilities at Sana'a International Airport belonging to the Houthi group, which were used "to transport militants to carry out attacks against Israel," according to their statement.
According to a statement from the Israeli army spokesperson, the strikes targeted aircraft belonging to the Houthi regime, emphasizing that the group has continuously used the airport for terrorist purposes.
