التقى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اليوم، وزير خارجية إسبانيا خوسيه مانويل ألباريس، على هامش الاجتماع الموسع بين اللجنة الوزارية المكلّفة من القمة العربية الإسلامية المشتركة غير العادية بشأن التطورات في قطاع غزة، ومجموعة مدريد، وعددٍ من الدول الأوروبية، في العاصمة الإسبانية مدريد.
وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين، ومجالات التعاون المشترك، ومناقشة التطورات الإقليمية والدولية، وفي مقدمتها المستجدات في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية والجهود المبذولة بشأنها.
حضر اللقاء سفيرة خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى إسبانيا الأميرة هيفاء بنت عبدالعزيز آل مقرن، ومستشار وزير الخارجية للشؤون السياسية الأمير مصعب بن محمد الفرحان، والمستشار في وزارة الخارجية الدكتورة منال رضوان.
Today, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met with Spain's Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares on the sidelines of the expanded meeting between the ministerial committee tasked by the extraordinary joint Arab-Islamic summit regarding developments in the Gaza Strip, the Madrid Group, and several European countries, in the Spanish capital, Madrid.
During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, areas of mutual cooperation, and regional and international developments, particularly the latest updates in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the efforts being made regarding them.
Present at the meeting were the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Spain, Princess Haifa bint Abdulaziz Al Muqrin, the Political Affairs Advisor to the Foreign Minister, Prince Musab bin Mohammed Al Farhan, and the advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Manal Radwan.
