بهدف تمكين منسوبي الجهات الحكومية من الاستخدام الفعّال والمسؤول لأدوات وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يسهم في رفع الإنتاجية، وتعزيز الكفاءة، وتجويد مهمات أعمالهم اليومية، وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وبناء القدرات في مجالي البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، عبر تصميم برامج تدريبية نوعية تواكب تطورات التقنية وتعزز من جاهزية منسوبي القطاع الحكومي لاستثمار التقنيات الحديثة بكفاءة ومسؤولية، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات التحول الرقمي ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030؛ أطلقت الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) برنامجاً تدريبياً متخصصاً بعنوان «الذكاء الاصطناعي لرفع الإنتاجية».
ويركّز البرنامج على تطوير مهارات المشاركين من مختلف القطاعات الحكومية في مجالات متعددة؛ تشمل صياغة وهندسة الأوامر التفاعلية لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتحليل المستندات، والبحث العميق، وأتمتة إجراءات العمل الروتينية بكفاءة، إلى جانب بناء وتخصيص وكلاء أذكياء يعملون مساعدين اصطناعيين لتنفيذ مهمات محددة تحت إشراف الموظف.
ويتناول أيضاً مفاهيم الاستخدام المسؤول وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة العمل الحكومية، بما يدعم رفع جودة الأداء اليومي للموظف، ويعظم من جدوى استخدامات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مختلف الأعمال.
ويُختتم البرنامج بمشروع تطبيقي نهائي، يقوم من خلاله المشاركون بتوظيف المهارات والمعارف المكتسبة، عبر تصميم وتنفيذ مساعد اصطناعي مخصص يساعد في إنجاز المهمات اليومية، بما يعكس الأثر العملي المباشر للبرنامج في بيئات العمل المختلفة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود (سدايا) المستمرة في تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وبناء القدرات في مجالي البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، عبر تصميم برامج تدريبية نوعية تواكب تطورات التقنية وتعزز جاهزية منسوبي القطاع الحكومي لاستثمار التقنيات الحديثة بكفاءة ومسؤولية، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات التحول الرقمي ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030.

In order to empower employees of government entities to use artificial intelligence tools and techniques effectively and responsibly, contributing to increased productivity, enhancing efficiency, and improving the quality of their daily tasks, as well as empowering national competencies and building capacities in the fields of data and artificial intelligence, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) launched a specialized training program titled "Artificial Intelligence for Productivity Enhancement."
The program focuses on developing the skills of participants from various government sectors in multiple areas; including formulating and engineering interactive commands for artificial intelligence tools, document analysis, deep searching, and efficiently automating routine work procedures, in addition to building and customizing smart agents that act as artificial assistants to perform specific tasks under the supervision of the employee.
It also addresses concepts of responsible use and ethics of artificial intelligence in the government work environment, which supports improving the quality of daily employee performance and maximizes the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence technologies in various tasks.
The program concludes with a final applied project, through which participants employ the skills and knowledge acquired by designing and implementing a customized artificial assistant that helps in accomplishing daily tasks, reflecting the direct practical impact of the program in various work environments.
This initiative is part of SDAIA's ongoing efforts to empower national competencies and build capacities in the fields of data and artificial intelligence, through designing specialized training programs that keep pace with technological developments and enhance the readiness of government sector employees to invest in modern technologies efficiently and responsibly, contributing to achieving the digital transformation targets within the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
