أكد سفير جمهورية الهند لدى المملكة الدكتور سهيل إعجاز خان، أن ما تقدّمه وزارة الإعلام والهيئة العامة للترفيه من فعاليات ثقافية وترفيهية مميّزة ضمن مبادرة «انسجام عالمي2» تُسهم في تعميق الروابط الوثيقة بين شعبي المملكة والهند.
وقال في تصريحٍ بمناسبة انطلاق أسبوع الثقافة الهندية ضمن مبادرة «انسجام عالمي2»، إحدى مبادرات برنامج «جودة الحياة» لتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030: «على إثر النجاح الكبير الذي حققته النسخة السابقة من المبادرة في 2024م، من المتوقّع أن تحفل فعاليات هذا العام بشكلٍ أكبر وأشمل بالفنون والمأكولات والحِرف اليدوية الهندية، بمشاركة عدد من الفنانين والمبدعين».
وأشار السفير الهندي، إلى أن هناك حماسًا كبيرًا من زوّار الفعاليات خلال العام الماضي لمشاهدة التنوع الثقافي في الهند، وأن هذا العام سيشهد اهتمامًا أكبر ومشاركة أوسع في الاحتفالات.
وتتضمن الفعاليات الثقافية المتنوعة لأسبوع الثقافة الهندية العديد من الحفلات الفنية، وأكشاك الفنون والمأكولات، والعروض الثقافية والحيوية التي تُسلّط الضوء على ثراء وتنوّع التراث الفني والثقافي للهند.
The Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom, Dr. Suhail Ijaz Khan, confirmed that the cultural and entertainment events offered by the Ministry of Media and the General Entertainment Authority as part of the "Global Harmony 2" initiative contribute to deepening the strong ties between the people of the Kingdom and India.
In a statement on the occasion of the launch of Indian Culture Week under the "Global Harmony 2" initiative, one of the initiatives of the "Quality of Life" program to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, he said: "Following the great success achieved by the previous edition of the initiative in 2024, this year's events are expected to be even more extensive and inclusive of Indian arts, cuisine, and handicrafts, with the participation of several artists and creators."
The Indian ambassador noted that there was great enthusiasm from visitors to the events last year to witness the cultural diversity of India, and that this year will see greater interest and wider participation in the celebrations.
The diverse cultural events of Indian Culture Week include many artistic performances, art and food stalls, and cultural and lively shows that highlight the richness and diversity of India's artistic and cultural heritage.
