أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بأحد الجناة في منطقة الحدود الشمالية، فيما يلي نـصه:
قال الله تعالى: «ولا تفسدوا في الأرض بعد إصلاحها»، وقال تعالى: «ولا تبغ الفساد في الأرض إن الله لا يحب المفسدين»، وقال تعالى «والله لا يحب الفساد»، وقال تعالى «إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادًا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الأخرة عذاب عظيم».
أقدم هادي بن راضي بن غصاب العنزي -سعودي الجنسية- على قتل زوجته آمال بنت مطر بن عباس العنزي -سعودية الجنسية-، عمدًا وعدوانًا مع سبق الإصرار والترصد بالتخطيط لقتلها وملاحقتها وصدم سيارتها وطعنها عدة طعنات بأداة حادة مما أدى إلى وفاتها.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه، ولبشاعة وفظاعة ما أقدم عليه من جرم وتأصل الشر في نفسه، فقد تم الحكم عليه بالقتل تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا بالجاني هادي بن راضي بن غصاب العنزي -سعودي الجنسية- يوم الخميس 01 / 05 / 1447هـ الموافق 23 / 10 / 2025 بمنطقة الحدود الشمالية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الله في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين ويسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of a death sentence against one of the perpetrators in the Northern Borders region. Below is the text:
God Almighty said: "And do not cause corruption upon the earth after its reformation," and He said: "And do not seek corruption in the land; indeed, Allah does not like the corrupters," and He said: "Indeed, Allah does not like corruption," and He said: "The only reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment."
Hadi bin Radi bin Ghassab Al-Anzi - a Saudi national - deliberately and with premeditation killed his wife, Amal bint Matar bin Abbas Al-Anzi - a Saudi national - by planning to kill her, pursuing her, crashing into her car, and stabbing her multiple times with a sharp object, which led to her death.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him. Due to the heinousness and atrocity of the crime he committed and the deep-rooted evil in his nature, he was sentenced to death. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to carry out what was legally decided.
The death sentence against the perpetrator Hadi bin Radi bin Ghassab Al-Anzi - a Saudi national - was carried out on Thursday, 01 / 05 / 1447 AH, corresponding to 23 / 10 / 2025, in the Northern Borders region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the Saudi Arabian government's commitment to maintaining security, achieving justice, and enforcing God's laws against anyone who transgresses against the safe and sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who may contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
