عقد وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات المهندس عبدالله السواحة، في الولايات المتحدة، اجتماعاً مع الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Meta مارك زوكربيرغ، بحضور عدد من التنفيذيين، ضمن جهود المملكة في تعزيز الشراكات الإستراتيجية بمجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتمكين الحلول المبتكرة.
وناقش الاجتماع آفاق الشراكة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والنماذج اللغوية الضخمة، وتقنيات الميتافيرس، والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، إلى جانب المبادرات الداعمة للمبتكرين والمطورين، بما يعزز القدرات الوطنية ويُسهم في ترسيخ ريادة المملكة في التقنيات المستقبلية.
كما عقد وزير الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، اجتماعاً مع المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Groq جوناثان روس، وركّز الاجتماع على توسيع آفاق الشراكة في تقنيات المسرّعات الحاسوبية والحوسبة المستدامة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يسهم في بناء منظومة حوسبة وطنية عالمية المستوى، ويدعم مستهدفات المملكة في ترسيخ موقعها كمركز رائد لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستدامة.
وعقد وزير الاتصالات اجتماعاً مع الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة (Applied Intuition) قصر يونس، وناقش الجانبان سبل تطوير حلول المحاكاة والاختبارات المتقدمة للمركبات ذاتية القيادة، بما يعزز ريادة المملكة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي المخصص للمركبات الذكية، ويسهم في بناء منظومة نقل ذكي متكاملة تدعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Abdullah Al-Swaha, held a meeting in the United States with Meta's CEO Mark Zuckerberg, attended by several executives, as part of the Kingdom's efforts to enhance strategic partnerships in the fields of artificial intelligence and enable innovative solutions.
The meeting discussed partnership prospects in artificial intelligence, large language models, metaverse technologies, and generative AI, along with initiatives supporting innovators and developers, which enhance national capabilities and contribute to establishing the Kingdom's leadership in future technologies.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology also held a meeting with Groq's founder and CEO, Jonathan Ross, focusing on expanding partnership horizons in computing accelerator technologies and sustainable AI computing, contributing to building a world-class national computing ecosystem and supporting the Kingdom's goals in establishing itself as a leading center for sustainable artificial intelligence technologies.
