Teachers should record their evaluations of students daily in the assessment tracking log, and then summarize their evaluations and observations in the digital system at the end of the academic period, documented with evidence and proof of the student's academic level using the "Student Achievement File." Oral and written assessments should be conducted during the academic period after each unit of study or a set of lessons, and the grade allocated for those assessments should be calculated by summing the scores obtained by the student and recording them in the electronic system at least twice during each academic period. An electronic notification should be issued to the student twice for each academic period, including their results in all subjects.
