وقّعت وزارة الثقافة خلال مؤتمر الاستثمار الثقافي المقام بمركز الملك فهد الثقافي في الرياض، مذكرةَ تفاهم مع شركة وسط جدة للتطوير؛ لتوطيد التعاون في المجالات الثقافية بما يعزز من مكانة مدينة جدة كمركزٍ ثقافيٍّ نابضٍ يعكس تنوّع الثقافة السعودية وتاريخها العريق.
وشملت مذكرة التفاهم عددًا من المجالات الهادفة إلى تطوير القطاع الثقافي، وتعزيز حضوره في المشاريع والمبادرات التنموية مثل التخطيط الإستراتيجي، وتطوير مفاهيم الاستخدام والبرمجة للأصول الثقافية بما يعكس تنوع الهوية الثقافية في المنطقة، والعمل على تشجيع وتيسير مشاركة الجهات الفاعلة بالقطاعين العام والخاص في دعم المشاريع الثقافية، وتمكين المهن الإبداعية، وتطوير أصول ثقافية مبتكرة تسهم في توسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الثقافة على مستوى مختلف الشرائح المجتمعية.
كما ركزت المذكرة على توثيق وإبراز الهوية الثقافية لمدينة جدة، إلى جانب تطوير مشاريع ثقافية نوعية ودراسات استثمارية تسعى إلى تنمية القطاع وتعظيم أثره الاقتصادي، مع توفير بيئة تنظيمية محفزة للاستثمار الثقافي.
وأما في جانب تنمية القدرات، فيتم العمل على بناء إستراتيجية متكاملة لتطوير المواهب والكفاءات الثقافية بما يعزز من استدامة القطاع الثقافي ونموّه.
وتعكس هذه الشراكة حرص الطرفين على تطوير نموذج وطني متكامل للعمل الثقافي، وتعزيز التكامل بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص؛ للمساهمة في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في جوانبها الثقافية، وتحقيق الاستدامة في المشاريع التنموية ذات البعد الثقافي، وتعزيز التجربة الثقافية الثريّة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Culture signed a memorandum of understanding with the Jeddah Development Company during the Cultural Investment Conference held at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh; to strengthen cooperation in cultural fields that enhance the status of the city of Jeddah as a vibrant cultural center reflecting the diversity of Saudi culture and its rich history.
The memorandum of understanding included several areas aimed at developing the cultural sector and enhancing its presence in developmental projects and initiatives, such as strategic planning, developing concepts for the use and programming of cultural assets that reflect the diversity of cultural identity in the region, and working to encourage and facilitate the participation of stakeholders in the public and private sectors in supporting cultural projects, empowering creative professions, and developing innovative cultural assets that contribute to expanding access to culture across different societal segments.
The memorandum also focused on documenting and highlighting the cultural identity of the city of Jeddah, in addition to developing qualitative cultural projects and investment studies aimed at growing the sector and maximizing its economic impact, while providing a regulatory environment that stimulates cultural investment.
As for capacity building, efforts are underway to develop a comprehensive strategy for nurturing cultural talents and competencies that enhance the sustainability and growth of the cultural sector.
This partnership reflects both parties' commitment to developing a comprehensive national model for cultural work and enhancing integration between the public and private sectors; to contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in its cultural aspects, ensuring sustainability in culturally-oriented developmental projects, and enriching the cultural experience across various regions of the Kingdom.
