كشفت إمارة منطقة حائل انخفاض معدل البطالة من 7.8% في الربع الأول 2025 إلى 6.6% في الربع الثاني 2025، مقارنة بالعام الماضي، وتراجع المعدل من 8.5% في الربع الثاني 2024 إلى 6.6%، ما يمثل تحسنًا ملحوظًا في سوق العمل، وبطالة الذكور استقرت عند 3.2%، منخفضة من 4.1% في الربع الأول 2025، وبطالة الإناث تراجعت إلى 12.9% مقارنة بـ 15.1% في الربع الأول 2025، وهو تحسن بارز يعكس جهود التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة.
ورفع أمير منطقة حائل الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد شكره للقيادة الحكيمة على الدعم المستمر، مؤكدًا أن المنطقة تسير بخطى واثقة نحو تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية 2030، عبر تعزيز فرص العمل وتطوير بيئة الاستثمار، بما يسهم في تنويع الاقتصاد المحلي وزيادة جاذبية سوق العمل للشباب والنساء.
ويأتي هذا التراجع القياسي في البطالة ليؤكد أن حائل تتحول إلى نموذج اقتصادي وتنموي ناجح على مستوى المملكة، عبر رفع معدلات التوظيف، وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية، وتعزيز برامج التدريب والتأهيل، بما يواكب التحولات الكبرى التي تشهدها السعودية في مختلف القطاعات.
