ينعقد المؤتمر الصحفي الحكومي يوم الاثنين 29 سبتمبر 2025، الذي يستضيف وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل؛ للحديث عن رؤية القيادة ومنطلق التوازن العقاري، وتوجيهات ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، بشأن التوازن العقاري، وضبط سوق الإيجار وتحقيق التوازن، ومخرجات العرض والطلب وتنظيم السوق، والشفافية والموثوقية ركيزةً للنمو.
ويستضيف المؤتمر وزير الإعلام سلمان بن يوسف الدوسري؛ للحديث عن أبرز مستجدات المملكة وإنجازاتها.
كما يستضيف رئيس الهيئة العامة للعقار المهندس عبدالله بن سعود الحماد للحديث عن ضبط العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر ويلقي الضوء حول أبرز محاور الأحكام.
وسيجيب أصحاب المعالي خلال المؤتمر عن أسئلة الحضور والإعلاميين.
ويبث المؤتمر مباشرة عبر قنوات التلفزيون السعودية، ومنصة شاهد، ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي لوزارة الإعلام.
The government press conference will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, hosted by the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail; to discuss the leadership's vision and the foundations of real estate balance, and the directives of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, regarding real estate balance, regulating the rental market, achieving equilibrium, supply and demand outcomes, market organization, and transparency and reliability as pillars for growth.
The conference will also host the Minister of Media, Salman bin Yusuf Al-Dosari; to talk about the latest developments and achievements in the Kingdom.
Additionally, the Chairman of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, will discuss regulating the relationship between landlords and tenants and will highlight the main aspects of the regulations.
During the conference, the esteemed attendees will answer questions from the audience and journalists.
The conference will be broadcast live on Saudi television channels, the Shahid platform, and the Ministry of Media's social media platforms.
