عبَّر عددٌ من أهالي قطاع غزة عن شكرهم العميق للمملكة العربية السعودية على المساعدات المقدمة لهم من خلال مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية، في ظل تفشي المجاعة الحادة التي يمر بها القطاع في الوقت الراهن.
وأعرب أحد المستفيدين عن شكره وامتنانه الكبيرين للمملكة حكومةً وشعبًا إثر تلقيه مساعدات غذائية سخية من مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة أسهمت في التخفيف من معاناته، فيما أكدت زوجة أحد الشهداء أن مساعدات المملكة جاءت في وقتها المناسب مع تدهور الوضع المعيشي في غزة، سائلة المولى عز وجل أن يجعلها في ميزان حسناتهم.
بدوره أوضح أحد المستفيدين أن المملكة لم تتأخر يومًا في دعم الشعب الفلسطيني، ووقفت معه في أحلك الظروف والمحن على مدى تاريخه، ولبت كافة متطلباته من المواد الغذائية الأساسية، خصوصًا في هذه المرحلة الخطيرة التي يشهد فيها القطاع حصارًا شاملًا؛ أدى إلى تقليص دخول الغذاء، والدواء، والوقود، والماء، والكهرباء مما تسبب في مجاعة لسكان القطاع.
وقالت إحدى المستفيدات: «إنهم يقيمون حاليًا في مأوى مدرسة أنشأتها المملكة عام 2007، ويضم المكان الأيتام وزوجات الشهداء والعديد من النازحين بعد أن فقدوا منازلهم، معربة عن شكرها للمملكة على ما قدمته لشعب غزة في هذه المحنة العصيبة».
وثمّن المستفيدون الدعم المتواصل وغير المحدود من المملكة قيادةً وحكومةً وشعبًا للشعب الفلسطيني، مشيرين إلى أن هذه المساعدات الإنسانية جاءت لتخفف عنهم وطأة المعاناة، ولتكون سندًا حقيقيًا لهم في هذه الظروف الحرجة.
A number of residents of the Gaza Strip expressed their deep gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the assistance provided to them through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, amid the severe famine currently affecting the region.
One beneficiary expressed his immense thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom, both government and people, after receiving generous food aid from the King Salman Relief Center, which contributed to alleviating his suffering. Meanwhile, the wife of one of the martyrs confirmed that the Kingdom's assistance came at the right time, given the deteriorating living conditions in Gaza, praying to Almighty God to place it in their record of good deeds.
For his part, one beneficiary clarified that the Kingdom has never delayed in supporting the Palestinian people, standing by them in the darkest circumstances and tribulations throughout their history, meeting all their needs for essential food supplies, especially during this critical phase in which the region is experiencing a comprehensive siege that has led to a reduction in the entry of food, medicine, fuel, water, and electricity, resulting in famine for the residents of the area.
One of the female beneficiaries stated: "They are currently residing in a school shelter established by the Kingdom in 2007, which houses orphans, the wives of martyrs, and many displaced individuals who have lost their homes, expressing her gratitude to the Kingdom for what it has provided to the people of Gaza during this difficult ordeal."
The beneficiaries appreciated the continuous and unlimited support from the Kingdom, its leadership, government, and people for the Palestinian people, noting that this humanitarian assistance came to alleviate their suffering and to be a true support for them in these critical circumstances.
