واليوم، في الدورة الخامسة والأربعين عام 1447هـ، ارتفع عدد المشاركين ليصل إلى 179 متسابقًا من 128 دولة، وقفزت قيمة الجوائز إلى أربعة ملايين ريال، بينها جائزة قياسية للفائز الأول بقيمة 500 ألف ريال، لتصبح المسابقة محط أنظار العالم بأسره، وواجهة مشرقة تعكس التفاني والإبداع في خدمة كتاب الله.
ومع مرور السنوات، استمر حضور المسابقة في النمو الملحوظ:
الدورة الحادية والأربعون عام 1441هـ: 147 متسابقًا من 103 دول، وجوائز بلغت مليونًا ومئة وخمسة وثمانين ألف ريال.
الدورة الثانية والأربعون عام 1444هـ: 153 متسابقًا من 111 دولة، مع جوائز بقيمة 2.7 مليون ريال.
الدورة الثالثة والأربعون عام 1445هـ: 166 متسابقًا من 117 دولة، وجوائز بلغت أربعة ملايين ريال.
الدورة الرابعة والأربعون عام 1446هـ: 174 متسابقًا من 123 دولة، مع استمرار قيمة الجوائز عند أربعة ملايين ريال، لتؤكد المسابقة مكانتها المتنامية عالميًا.

Over the past seven years, the competition has witnessed exceptional growth in the number of participants, countries, and the value of prizes. In the 40th session in the year 1440 AH, 109 competitors from 73 countries participated, and the total prize value was one million one hundred and forty-five thousand riyals.
Today, in the 45th session in the year 1447 AH, the number of participants has risen to 179 competitors from 128 countries, and the prize value has jumped to four million riyals, including a record prize for the first winner worth 500 thousand riyals, making the competition a focal point for the entire world and a shining interface that reflects dedication and creativity in serving the Book of God.
As the years have passed, the presence of the competition has continued to grow significantly:
41st session in the year 1441 AH: 147 competitors from 103 countries, with prizes totaling one million one hundred and eighty-five thousand riyals.
42nd session in the year 1444 AH: 153 competitors from 111 countries, with prizes worth 2.7 million riyals.
43rd session in the year 1445 AH: 166 competitors from 117 countries, with prizes totaling four million riyals.
44th session in the year 1446 AH: 174 competitors from 123 countries, with the prize value remaining at four million riyals, confirming the competition's growing global status.

In 2019, under the direct supervision of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdulatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, an electronic judging system was introduced to replace the traditional paper-based system.
This smart system enabled precise and rapid score calculations and linked the results to an advanced electronic judging panel, with comprehensive question designs that ensure fairness and transparency in evaluation. With the updates introduced in the current session, judging has become more accurate and objective, reflecting the Kingdom's vision in employing the latest technologies to serve the Holy Quran and ensure the highest standards of integrity.
