The sequence of recognition by influential global countries of the Palestinian state comes as a translation of Saudi efforts in international forums and conferences to achieve the largest international mobilization against the Zionist entity, which is experiencing its worst phases, floundering in its decisions and directions after the international conference chaired by Saudi Arabia and France, which achieved for the Palestinian cause what had not been accomplished in past years.
Saudi Arabia has not only been satisfied with the recognition of the majority of the world's countries of the independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital and the necessity of granting Palestinians their legitimate rights, but it continues its efforts and pressure until permanent members of the United Nations Security Council recognize it, so that these recognitions gain additional strength to support the Palestinian state, which represents a long-awaited dream for Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims, and all who believe in the justice of the Palestinian cause that the Zionist occupation is trying in vain to erase and obliterate from existence.
Saudi Arabia is moving forward in its support for the establishment of the Palestinian state and recognizes that it is a difficult task that its Islamic and Arab status compels it to confront, leading the world behind it. It has not considered the political and economic repercussions, especially from some countries that still support Israel in its refusal to establish the Palestinian state. This makes Palestinians view the Saudi position with a sense of appreciation, pride, and honor, and they value the ability of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to achieve the largest international mobilization after the number of countries recognizing the Palestinian state exceeded 150, with more countries still on their way to make the awaited decision in support of Palestine and its people.
