أصدر المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي ضمن الدور الإشرافي والتنظيمي له، 4 إنذارات بحق جمعيات أهلية، وقراراً بعزل مجلس إدارة جمعية أهلية، وإيقاف أحد منسوبي الجمعيات الأهلية من العمل في القطاع لفترة مؤقتة، وإصدار 4 مخالفات لجمع التبرعات بحق الأفراد، والتعامل مع 39 بلاغاً لمخالفات التبرعات، والعمل على 10 جلسات تحقيق، وإحالة 21 كياناً إلى الجهات المختصة، و3 مؤثرين، و26 موقعاً إلكترونيّاً؛ لتجاوز الأنظمة واللوائح.
وأعلن المركز مستجدات نمو القطاع غير الربحي لشهر يونيو 2025، إذ شهد القطاع تسجيل 6 جمعيات أهلية ومؤسستين أهليتين، في مختلف المجالات التنموية ذات الأولوية، في مختلف مناطق المملكة، ليكون إجمالي المنظمات غير الربحية المسجلة بالمملكة حتى نهاية شهر يونيو 2025م 6348 منظمة، كما أصدر المركز 250 ترخيصاً لجمع التبرعات لصالح المنظمات غير الربحية.
The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, within its supervisory and regulatory role, issued 4 warnings against charitable associations, a decision to dismiss the board of directors of a charitable association, suspended one of the members of the charitable associations from working in the sector for a temporary period, issued 4 violations for fundraising against individuals, dealt with 39 reports of fundraising violations, conducted 10 investigation sessions, and referred 21 entities to the relevant authorities, along with 3 influencers and 26 websites for violating regulations and laws.
The center announced updates on the growth of the non-profit sector for June 2025, as the sector witnessed the registration of 6 charitable associations and 2 charitable institutions in various priority developmental fields across different regions of the Kingdom, bringing the total number of registered non-profit organizations in the Kingdom to 6,348 by the end of June 2025. The center also issued 250 licenses for fundraising on behalf of non-profit organizations.
