«الموارد» تُمكن الكوادر الوطنية في الفندقة وفنون الطهي

The Human Resources Development Fund has signed a training support agreement linked to employment, aimed at empowering and qualifying national cadres in specialized fields in hospitality and culinary arts.

This agreement extends the existing strategic cooperation between the Fund and the Ministry of Tourism; the Fund has previously launched several training programs in collaboration with prestigious educational institutions such as the Higher Institute of Tourism and Hospitality, with the aim of enabling the private sector to benefit from the Fund's programs and capabilities, thereby contributing to enhancing the efficiency of national cadres and boosting the competitiveness of the sector in the required specialties in hospitality and culinary arts. This aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital and localizing quality jobs.

The agreement emphasizes the commitment to implement the programs by contributing to the costs of training outside the Kingdom and stipends for trainees according to the approved mechanisms, as well as forming a joint task force from both parties to follow up on the implementation of its provisions and hold periodic meetings based on developments and work needs.
