In a moment that encapsulates the concepts of modern governance, the Emir of the Hail Region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, embodied the concept of developmental leadership by reviewing the latest developments of the Regional Development Authority in his office at the emirate today (Thursday). He was briefed on the executive plans that include ongoing projects and others designed with a vision that aligns with future aspirations and resonates with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The meeting went beyond mere formal follow-up and was characterized by a blend of focus and accountability; its discussions reflected a clear commitment to transforming projects from documents on paper into tangible reality. It does not merely track numbers but opens each project to its fundamental questions: Who benefits? What is the impact? Where is the economic return? And how does it serve sustainable development? It is a reading that confirms that decisions in Hail are not made in isolation from reality but are born from the womb of details.

In this context, the Hail Regional Development Authority forms an executive arm that is today entering a phase of greater awareness and precision, driven by the follow-up of the Emir of the region, who sees every delay as an unbearable burden and every developmental opportunity as a space for community and economic growth.

Among the most prominent projects, according to the Hail Development Authority report, is the waste recycling center that converts waste into energy and paper. This project aims to process waste using advanced technical means and contributes to reducing waste by up to 85%. It also enhances technical localization and provides jobs in the environmental and industrial sectors, as well as a school for modern technologies, which is a specialized educational unit linking technical training with the labor market needs in tourism, digital economy, and emerging industries, in partnership with national entities.

Additionally, there is work underway to cover the mobile phone network across the entire region, an initiative that addresses the digital gap through the expansion of towers and improvement of services, enabling villages and centers to effectively access electronic services.

There are also flexible offices for emerging businesses, which are smart workspaces serving entrepreneurs and government entities, providing a low-cost operating environment that supports the launch of small and medium-sized projects, and the regional plan for the Hail area, which is a reference document that organizes urban and economic growth through land use maps and transportation and infrastructure plans, in cooperation with the Decision Support Center and national consulting entities. Furthermore, the development of Wadi Al-Adirah aims to transform the historic valley into an environmental and cultural tourist destination, enhancing the quality of life and strengthening Hail's presence as a comprehensive tourist destination.

On another note, the Emir of the Hail Region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, received today in his office the Director of the Regional Police, Major General Dr. Katab bin Aqilan Al-Otaibi, and the Commander of the Special Forces for Road Security in the region, Brigadier General Mohammed bin Dhaidhan Al-Mutairi.

During the meeting, he was briefed on a visual presentation that addressed the most important security updates, the progress of work in the security sectors, and the achievements and developmental initiatives that have been accomplished during the past period.

The Emir of the Hail Region praised the support and generous attention that the security sectors receive from the wise leadership, emphasizing the importance of doubling efforts to maintain security, enhance performance efficiency, and ensure integration among security entities to serve citizens and residents and enhance the stability of the region.

For their part, Major General Dr. Katab Al-Otaibi and Brigadier General Al-Mutairi expressed their gratitude to the Emir of the region for his continuous support and diligent follow-up of all security efforts in the area.
