انطلقت اليوم أعمال ملتقى القطاع غير الربحي في التعليم والتدريب بنسخته الثانية، والذي تنظمه وزارة التعليم برعاية وزير التعليم على مدى يومين بمقر الوزارة في الرياض، بحضور مساعد وزير التعليم للتعليم الخاص والاستثمار المهندس إياد القرعاوي، ومساعد وزير التعليم المهندس محمد الغامدي، ومساعد وزير التعليم للتطوير والتحول المهندس مرهف المدني، إضافة إلى عدد من القيادات والمسؤولين الحكوميين، والجهات المعنية في منظومة التعليم والتدريب، والقطاع غير الربحي.
وتجول الحضور في المعرض المصاحب للملتقى، حيث اطلعوا على ما تقدمه الأجنحة المشاركة للجهات التعليمية وغير الربحية التي يزيد عددها على 50 جهة عارضة، كما استمعوا إلى شرح عن الفرص التي توفرها للتعاون وبناء الشراكات الفاعلة في مجالات التعليم، إضافة إلى تجاربهم التعليمية المثمرة في هذا المجال.
وبدأت الفعاليات العلمية للملتقى الذي يقام تحت شعار: «شراكات نوعية وحلول مستدامة» بجلسة حوارية بعنوان: «بناء القدرات البشرية في القطاع غير الربحي: برامج ومبادرات»، ناقشت ربط البرامج التدريبية بسوق العمل، ودور الجهات الموظفة في تحديدها، فيما تناولت جلسة «التمكين عبر القطاعات: تعزيز فاعلية التدريب غير الربحي» آليات رفع جودة التدريب غير الربحي، وممكنات منظومة المهارات الوطنية.
واستعرضت جلسة بعنوان: «الطفولة المبكرة في القطاع غير الربحي: فرص التمكين ونماذج التأثير» واقع الطفولة المبكرة في القطاع، وفرص التوسّع والتميّز في الروضات غير الربحية.
فيما تطرقت جلسة «القطاع غير الربحي وبرامج ذوي الإعاقة» إلى الواقع والمأمول من منظمات القطاع غير الربحي في برامج ذوي الإعاقة.
وشهدت فعاليات اليوم الأول بملتقى القطاع غير الربحي في التعليم والتدريب عقد ثلاث ورش عمل تخصصية، تناولت خدمات المركز الوطني للشراكات الإستراتيجية لتمكين الكيانات غير الربحية، وورشة «جيل ألفا: رؤى بحثية لفهم الجيل القادم وصياغة برامج تعليمية مُلهمة» لمركز إثراء، إلى جانب ورشة «تمكين الروضات غير الربحية: خطوات عملية».
وتضمن الملتقى عرض ثلاث أوراق عمل، حول مشاركة موهوبي جمعية مسار المستقبل في معرض إيتكس الدولي، والتوسع في المدارس غير الربحية لخدمة قضايا التعليم، وكذلك تمكين المجتمعات التعليمية عبر الوعي الرقمي: تجربة مبادرة الاتزان الرقمي - «سينك» كنموذج تنموي من مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الثقافي العالمي (إثراء).
وتنظم وزارة التعليم مجموعة واسعة من الفعاليات المتنوعة المصاحبة لأعمال الملتقى؛ كالجدارية التفاعلية، واستطلاعات الرأي للزوار، ومجتمع الشراكات الذي يجمع الجهات المانحة والمؤسسات التعليمية وغير الربحية، وكذلك مركز الدعم الذي يضم ممثلين عن 18 جهة تقدم خدمات متنوعة.
Today, the activities of the second edition of the Non-Profit Sector Forum in Education and Training were launched, organized by the Ministry of Education under the patronage of the Minister of Education, over two days at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The event was attended by the Assistant Minister of Education for Private Education and Investment, Engineer Iyad Al-Qarawi, the Assistant Minister of Education, Engineer Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, and the Assistant Minister of Education for Development and Transformation, Engineer Marhaf Al-Madani, in addition to several leaders and government officials, and stakeholders in the education and training system, as well as the non-profit sector.
The attendees toured the accompanying exhibition of the forum, where they learned about the offerings from over 50 participating educational and non-profit organizations. They also listened to explanations about the opportunities available for collaboration and building effective partnerships in the fields of education, as well as their fruitful educational experiences in this area.
The scientific activities of the forum, held under the slogan: "Quality Partnerships and Sustainable Solutions," began with a panel discussion titled: "Building Human Capacities in the Non-Profit Sector: Programs and Initiatives," which discussed linking training programs to the labor market and the role of employing entities in defining them. Meanwhile, the session "Empowerment through Sectors: Enhancing the Effectiveness of Non-Profit Training" addressed mechanisms for improving the quality of non-profit training and enabling the national skills system.
A session titled: "Early Childhood in the Non-Profit Sector: Empowerment Opportunities and Impact Models" presented the reality of early childhood in the sector and opportunities for expansion and excellence in non-profit kindergartens.
The session "The Non-Profit Sector and Disability Programs" addressed the current situation and aspirations of non-profit organizations in disability programs.
The first day of the Non-Profit Sector Forum in Education and Training featured three specialized workshops, covering the services of the National Center for Strategic Partnerships to empower non-profit entities, a workshop titled "Generation Alpha: Research Insights to Understand the Next Generation and Design Inspiring Educational Programs" by the Ithra Center, in addition to a workshop on "Empowering Non-Profit Kindergartens: Practical Steps."
The forum included the presentation of three working papers on the participation of talented individuals from the Future Path Association in the ITEX International Exhibition, the expansion of non-profit schools to address educational issues, as well as empowering educational communities through digital awareness: the experience of the Digital Balance Initiative - "Sync" as a developmental model from the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra).
The Ministry of Education organizes a wide range of diverse activities accompanying the forum's proceedings, such as an interactive mural, visitor opinion surveys, a partnerships community that brings together donors and educational and non-profit institutions, as well as a support center that includes representatives from 18 entities providing various services.
