حقق ستة من طلبة المملكة، إنجازًا عالميًا جديدًا بفوزهم بـ6 ميداليات دولية في أولمبياد البلقان للرياضيات للناشئين 2025، في نسخته الـ29، المقامة في مقدونيا الشمالية، بمشاركة 135 طالبًا وطالبة من 23 دولة حول العالم.
ونال طلبة المملكة، ميداليتين ذهبيتين، وميداليتين فضيتين، وميداليتين برونزيتين، ليؤكدوا مجددًا قدرتهم التنافسية وتميزهم العلمي على المستوى الدولي.
وضم الفريق الفائز عبدالله طارق العامر من إدارة تعليم الشرقية، عبدالإله محمد السقاف من إدارة تعليم جدة وحصلا على ميداليتين ذهبيتين.
كما حصل ياسر محمد حبيب الله من إدارة تعليم الهيئة الملكية بينبع، ومحمد علي شيبان من إدارة تعليم الهيئة الملكية بالجبيل على ميداليتين فضيتين.
ونال عبدالرحمن شوقي منصور، وبلال نافع الحجيلي من إدارة تعليم المدينة المنورة ميداليتين برونزيتين.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ثمرة للتدريب المكثف الذي خضع له الطلبة المشاركون على مدى سنوات، بإشراف مؤسسة (موهبة)، بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم، في إطار جهودهما المشتركة، لاكتشاف ورعاية الموهوبين، وتأهيلهم للمنافسات الدولية، واختير أعضاء الفريق بعد اجتيازهم سلسلة من الاختبارات الدقيقة ضمن البرنامج الوطني للكشف عن الموهوبين، إلى جانب معسكرات تدريبية علمية عالية المستوى، نفّذها نخبة من المدربين المحليين والدوليين.
وتُعدُّ هذه المشاركة الـ14 للمملكة في هذه المسابقة، إذ ارتفع رصيدها الإجمالي إلى 11 ميدالية ذهبية، و24 ميدالية فضية، و29 ميدالية برونزية، ما يعكس التطور النوعي الذي يشهده مستوى المشاركات السعودية عامًا بعد عام، وبالمقارنة فإن نتائج المشاركة السابقة للمملكة في أولمبياد البلقان للناشئين، أسفرت عن فوزها بميدالية فضية وأربع ميداليات برونزية.

Six students from the Kingdom achieved a new global milestone by winning 6 international medals at the 2025 Balkan Olympiad in Mathematics for Juniors, in its 29th edition, held in North Macedonia, with the participation of 135 students from 23 countries around the world.
The students from the Kingdom won two gold medals, two silver medals, and two bronze medals, reaffirming their competitive ability and scientific excellence at the international level.
The winning team included Abdullah Tariq Al-Amir from the Eastern Province Education Department and Abdulilah Mohammed Al-Suqaf from the Jeddah Education Department, who both earned gold medals.
Yasser Mohammed Habib Allah from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu Education Department and Mohammed Ali Shayban from the Royal Commission for Jubail Education Department received silver medals.
Abdulrahman Shawqi Mansour and Bilal Nafeh Al-Hajili from the Medina Education Department won bronze medals.
This achievement is the result of the intensive training that the participating students underwent over the years, under the supervision of the (Mawhiba) Foundation, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, as part of their joint efforts to discover and nurture talented individuals and prepare them for international competitions. Team members were selected after passing a series of rigorous tests within the national program for identifying gifted students, along with high-level scientific training camps conducted by a select group of local and international trainers.
This is the Kingdom's 14th participation in this competition, raising its total tally to 11 gold medals, 24 silver medals, and 29 bronze medals, reflecting the qualitative development in the level of Saudi participation year after year. In comparison, the Kingdom's previous participation in the Balkan Olympiad for Juniors resulted in winning one silver medal and four bronze medals.
