إشارة إلى المحتوى المرئي، الذي يظهر فيه شخص يرتكب مخالفة صيد كائن فطري مهدد بالانقراض (الوعل البري)، فقد تمكنت الجهة المختصة بالقوات من القبض على المخالف وهو المواطن مسفر صالح الحويطي، بحوزته (3) أسلحة نارية، وجرى إيقافه واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقه، وإحالته إلى الجهة المختصة.
وشددت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تحظر صيد الكائنات الفطرية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة استخدام الأسلحة النارية في الصيد (80,000) ريال، وعقوبة صيد الوعل البري (60,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (10,000) ريال.
وأهابت بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) بمناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة.

He has been detained, and legal procedures have been taken against him, and he has been referred to the competent authority.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security emphasized the commitment to the environmental law and its executive regulations that prohibit the hunting of wild species, confirming that the penalty for using firearms in hunting is (80,000) Riyals, the penalty for hunting the Arabian ibex is (60,000) Riyals, and the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) Riyals.
They urged the public to report any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
