رحبت الأمانة العامة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي بإعلان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، التوصل لصيغة اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار بين طرفي التصعيد في المنطقة.
وثمنت الأمانة العامة الجهود التي بذلت للتوصل إلى هذا الاتفاق، وحثت على الالتزام التام باحترامه وتنفيذه، معربة عن الأمل في أن يمكّن من خفض التصعيد وتهدئة الوضع والمضي نحو دعم أسس الأمن والسلام والاستقرار في أرجاء المنطقة كافة.
The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation welcomed the announcement by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the reaching of a formula for a ceasefire agreement between the parties involved in the escalation in the region.
The General Secretariat praised the efforts made to reach this agreement and urged full commitment to respecting and implementing it, expressing hope that it would enable a reduction in escalation, calm the situation, and move towards supporting the foundations of security, peace, and stability throughout the entire region.
