أكدت وزارة التعليم أن الطلبة المقيمين داخل أو خارج المملكة من غير السعوديين الراغبين في الالتحاق بالجامعات السعودية يمكنهم التقديم عبر منصة «ادرس في السعودية».
وبينت الوزارة أن منصة «ادرس في السعودية» منصة رسمية توفّر عددا من الخدمات منها: استعراض التخصصات المتاحة ومعرفة الشروط والمتطلبات والتقديم على المنح الدراسية ومتابعة حالة الطلب حتى الحصول على القبول النهائي والتأشيرة الدراسية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن الطلبة القادمين من خارج المملكة أو من أنظمة تعليمية مختلفة تجرى معادلة الشهادات الصادرة من خارج المملكة وفق ضوابط عدة، منها أن تكون الشهادة مستوفية لشروط المعادلة، وأن تكون المدرسة معتمدة من الجهة الرسمية المعنية بالتعليم في بلد الإصدار، وأن تكون شهادة الثانوية معترفا بها في بلدها ومؤهلة للالتحاق بالتعليم العالي وأن يكون التسلسل الدراسي منتظماً وواضحاً، مع تقديم وثائق النجاح للصفوف السابقة.
ويجب أن تكون الوثائق أصلية، ومصدقة من وزارة التعليم أو الجهة المختصة بالتعليم العام في بلد الإصدار ووزارة الخارجية أو من يمثلها في ذلك البلد والسفارة السعودية أو الملحقية الثقافية.
ولفتت وزارة التعليم إلى أنه يشترط لاستيفاء صحة الوثائق ومطابقتها ترجمة رسمية لأي وثيقة غير صادرة بالعربية أو الإنجليزية وخلو الوثائق من التعديل أو الكشط، ومطابقة الاسم في جميع الوثائق الرسمية وأن خطوات المعادلة تتمثل في تسلم الوثائق لإدارة التعليم في المنطقة أو المحافظة ليتم رفعها إلكترونيا وتقوم وزارة التعليم بمراجعة الوثائق وإصدار وثيقة المعادلة، ثم يتم إعادتها لإدارة التعليم لتسليمها للمستفيد وفي حال معادلة صفوف النقل، يتم تسكين الطالب مباشرة في الصف المناسب وفق قرار المعادلة وبعد إتمام المعادلة يتطلب إنشاء «تذكرة دعم» عبر منصة «قبول» ويشترط لاستكمال الطلب اجتياز اختبارات «القدرات» و«التحصيلي».
The Ministry of Education confirmed that non-Saudi students residing inside or outside the Kingdom who wish to enroll in Saudi universities can apply through the "Study in Saudi Arabia" platform.
The ministry explained that the "Study in Saudi Arabia" platform is an official platform that provides a number of services, including: viewing available majors, understanding the conditions and requirements, applying for scholarships, and tracking the application status until receiving final acceptance and the student visa.
The ministry clarified that students coming from outside the Kingdom or from different educational systems will have their certificates issued from outside the Kingdom evaluated according to several criteria, including that the certificate meets the equivalency requirements, that the school is accredited by the official educational authority in the issuing country, that the high school certificate is recognized in its country and qualifies for higher education, and that the academic sequence is regular and clear, along with providing success documents for previous grades.
The documents must be original and certified by the Ministry of Education or the relevant authority for general education in the issuing country, and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its representative in that country, as well as the Saudi embassy or cultural attaché.
The Ministry of Education pointed out that to ensure the validity and compliance of the documents, an official translation is required for any document not issued in Arabic or English, and the documents must be free of alterations or erasures, with the name matching in all official documents. The steps for equivalency involve submitting the documents to the education administration in the region or governorate for electronic submission. The Ministry of Education will review the documents and issue the equivalency document, which will then be returned to the education administration for delivery to the beneficiary. In the case of equivalency for transfer grades, the student will be placed directly in the appropriate grade according to the equivalency decision. After completing the equivalency, it is necessary to create a "Support Ticket" through the "Qabul" platform, and passing the "Aptitude" and "Achievement" tests is required to complete the application.
